I have always used autozone for my aftermarket needs, I recently got a Honda ridgeline and was referred to a family's mechanic. After thousands of dollars in visits despite getting great service, awesome promt service times, and better than dealer prices, I managed to get refused coils and plugs during a tune up I requested, it was said don't fix unless broken. Any how after my last visit with my mechanic he couldn't find anything wrong even with codes showing and told me to take it home that he suspected a coil so it was swapped. It acted up as soon as I got it home I parked it and shut it off and read codes. Same codes and more spread through the cylinders. The mechanic "bet" it was the original coils fuel injector.. I said ok I'll bring it in again when I can. My Best Friend and Boss Sam S. Asked me if he can look at it... he discovered all the coils where shot 1 had no boot and no spring which so happened to be "the original suspected" bad coil so said the mechanic. And the 3 cylinder had oil all over the plug, which Sam said, "this is an indication of a leaky valve cover gasket" he told me. Which was "just" replaced. Sam came to my home on his own time and helped me solve my situation with new coils and plugs... 150ish $. If I took it back to my mechanic which I will not name to hopefully keep my family members who still use them from catching flack from these comments, I was about to get charged for an intake manifold gaskets, valve cover gaskets again and o rings and 1 fuel injector and labor and no coils and plugs which was obviously the reason in the 1st place. I'm going to stick with Diy and the Endless knowledge of my commercial manager Sam S. At this location. Awesome service awesome business awesome friend... Thank you Autozone and Sam S. I mean absolutely no disrespect to my Old mechanic they are wonderful people I hope this doesn't get back to them but in the situation it does. Please no hard feelings but I'm going to go a different direction thank you for all your service. Sam asked no $ from me to fix my vehicle for me because he wanted to... I appreciate you to the fullest Autozone and Sam S.

They tested my battery and determined it was in need of replacement. The person who replaced it did a great job and was fast. Guessing it would have cost me quite a bit more for an auto repair shop to do it or a dealer so pretty happy other than paying for a new battery.

So happy with AutoZone. Sam Stephenson was so helpful with the issues on my car. He was patient and knowledgeable and very helpful. Would recommend him to anyone having car trouble and needing parts.

I'm so sorry I didn't catch the employees name but I will never forget him. Best customer service I have had in forever!! Above and beyond for me and my daughter thought it was a expensive problem turns out we could fix it ourselves and not to brag but Dodge runs smoothly again thank you again we will be back!!

Tried to get a battery from here and was told they couldn't even sell me one for my car which is HILARIOUS because they are the ones I got it from last time. Hire better educated people.
