Excellent service. I purchased a light bulb that I thought was wrong. Aaron took the time to come check my car in the lot.. I felt bad bc as he came around the counter, I saw he was wearing a medical boot. I felt bad after seeing this(having him walk out to the lot), but he never complained or tried to get someone else to help me. He figured out my problem and fixed my headlight. Service like this keeps me coming back.

Came in after work to have my battery tested, Jason helped me as quickly and efficiently as possible. Let me know that it was my battery and not alternator, even was able to change it and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Didn’t try to upcharge me in any way and great customer service skills. Thank you Jason!

Having had a negative experience in the past I was reluctant to go there. Since the weather is getting colder my son encouraged me to go have my car battery tested. Well it did have a bad cell.i had to purchase a new one, the young man Aiden who assisted me was extremely polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you Aiden for making this a great experience. I sincerely appreciate you going the extra mile with a smile.

A customer who had apparently been drinking alcohol in the parking lot, decided to go into store and the Manager started yelling at this Guy! It was unprofessional and insensitive. We dont know the kind of day the customer was having but to cause a scene and to be yelling at that customer inʻfront of other customers, was just wrong and unethical! I changed my mind real quick about shopping for oil there!!

Fast efficient service, thank you Arron can finish the job for customer who needed there car last night for sick family member.
Got the wrong part from another location, did the exchange and went out of their way to tell us that they lied to us and that during operational hours, there’s no cut off to have a part exchange when an employee gives you the wrong part.

I had a great experience bringing my car in for a battery check. Initially, they weren’t able to check it however, after I got the crust off, it was evident I needed a new battery. It was questionable whether they would be able to change it. I’m really grateful that Aaron Lewis saved my day! He was professional and his experience showed. I wish I had timed him!

Ethan H. is the LeBron James of installing batteries. I came in with a Mercedes Benz, THE HARDEST CAR TO CHANGE ITS BATTERY. We had to take out the passenger seat in order to do it. Ethan did it like a piece of cake. That’s my man right there

Jason went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us with our brake calipers, helped re-thread instead of just buying new ones saved me quite a bit of money! Wayy better than other stores near here. Super helpful guy!
