The customer service at this auto zone horrible had a bad battery with my vehicle there and wife and kid in the car, the guy at the counter seem he didnt want to hepl me with the battery so i change it myself,he gave me the wrong tools to do the job when i ask for the right one he want to argue with me finally got the right tools and finish the job there is and OReilly down the street i recommend going there very lazy people here

This is an awesome AutoZone I come here all the time for my parts. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Melissa got me hooked up today with my tuneup for my daughter‘s car. She’s very knowledgeable and always has a great attitude. I highly recommend this location.

So I was there with my son-in-law and we had an okay experience. They did get the battery in our car but to be honest it was just not the most welcoming service. The people were helpful but they were just kind of bland and looked like they weren't really happy being at work. I hope I wasn't the reason they were so sad but my granddaughter and I had a great time playing in the parking lot and goofing around while the nice young man changed the battery. Funny thing is if I could pick a battery up I would just change it at my home twice as fast but it got done it didn't cost a lot and the thing I really like about this place is they usually have what you need. If you're looking for a boutique he kind of auto shop this isn't it this is a place she get parts in a decent price and they'll even help you put some on. So take it for what it's worth.
I have been going to AutoZone's for years but what I've noticed is the one right here by my house is actually pretty well stocked they usually have parts for my diesel truck and today I saw they had parts for older vehicles too so it's really a convenient little stop.

I came in today 5/9 , i needed a new battery for my car. I am NOT a car person, i don’t know much and the lady helping me immediately judged me because i didn’t have an answer to everything, and when i did she had to go double check to make sure..and it seemed like she was judging me because my car battery died.. as if it’s my fault. it was a very uncomfortable experience. She was giving me attitude and not friendly, my brother was with me too and he thought the same thing. At one point she asked me a question that wasn’t even important, i didn’t really know the answer to it so she stormed out to my car and checked herself, i kind of just stood there like what the?! I was nice, and said thank you to her and she just was not accepting thank yous, was just very rude. not sure if she was having a bad day but i don’t think that was an excuse to take it out on me and my brother. We were there for something very simple, and she made me feel stupid. Unfortunately im not 100% sure of her name, but she had long green nails and was working today at 1pm.

Very helpful and did not need to wait in line. They diagnosed my car and sold me a part to fix it

SHOUT OUT TO ALLEN!!!! I feel I had to many questions 🥴 but Allen made me feel comfortable and as though I was not bothering him. He even answered some of my questions twice, as this is new to me. He made me feel welcome. Thank you so much ALLEN!! I APPRECIATE YOUR KINDNESS!

I am so thankful for Ramon for hooking up my car this morning. I was on my way to doctors appointment and my check engine light came on and he was so courteous and so kind. Thank you Ramon.
