I had a tour scheduled here today, drove 20 minutes before I had to work to come here and the leasing people didn’t even show up. I had an email confirmation and it shows that they open at 10 AM on the wall, but there was a sign in the door when I got there that said 11 AM, this place obviously does not have their stuff together. I would not rent from here. I sent a text today and still nobody has responded back lol. Nice quality management company.

i have lived at avilla lehi for almost 2 years now and i love it! i love the concept of living in a home with your own backyard instead of a regular apartment. the office staff is friendly and maintenance is super responsive as well. i have had very minimal issues that the office is always quick to resolve and have never had a bug in my home, which was super important to me since i moved from out of state. highly recommend!

NEGATIVE ZERO!
Heed my warning and do not rent here! If you decided to, make sure you take every single photo of every single damage prior to moving in because they will charge you for every single penny. Fill out the walk thru form and notate every single damage no matter how big or small. That $1k dollar refundable deposit? You can kiss it goodbye. I cleaned the apartment spotless and returned it in the same condition and they charged $125 cleaning fee, $175 repaint fee, $175 for resurface stove top which is normal wear, $175 flooring plank (even though I had pictures of the scratches before moving in) $30 dry wall holes, leasing agent said as long as it’s not bigger than a dime it should be ok but I guess it was not? $30 towel bar they said I replaced! I was so busy that I forgot to fill out the move in form with all the damages. Keep in mind that you do not get to see your apartment until day of move
You will also be paying for $25 valet trash, $45 for smart keypad and thermostat along with community utilities, water, pest control and the list goes on. By the end of the month there’s over $150+ added on fees on top of your rent.
During summer months kitchen and closet are crawling with ants. I also found 3 scorpion in the bathroom area. I assume they might be coming from the drain.
After having so many issues with the leasing office, We decided we could no longer live here and paid $4200 break lease. At this point, I am just relief that I will never have to deal with them again and I cannot stress enough that you should look elsewhere. I have attached photos of the apartment and you can see for yourself if this “luxury” apartment is worth over $2k. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere.

My experience with the office assistant was extremely underwhelming. We needed assistance with the self guided tour but staff was unable to give us a solution. The time we scheduled online did not match with the time she had on her end so she basically turned us away. Her attitude may or may not be a reflection on how they treat tenants but we will not be returning to try again.

I never write reviews but I am willing to waste my time to save yours and your money too. Erik is the worst person I've ever had to deal with. They take your money, the lease agreement means nothing to them as they will twist it around and make up things that don't exist. And don't get me started on the price of the closets they sell. NOT WORTH IT FOR THE "BACKYARD"

David is always so attentive and kind, no matter what is going on he is always willing to help. We love our home and community but David and the maintenance staff enhance the living experience by far. Thank you all for what you do to make Avilla Lehi the best place to live!

David at the front office was extremely kind and helpful. I am not very similar with computers and had a very hard time singing my lease. I stopped by and David was able to help me through the whole process and was even kind enough to put on a cartoon show to calm my 2 kids down. He really went above and beyond and I am very grateful

Quiet community with views and easy access to the 202. Unfortunately, I have to give Avilla Lehi Crossing a one star rating.I had to leave due to an infestation of scorpions that was not properly handled. Please note, there is a lot of citrus trees in the area that attracts them.Management can be condescending and may opt into make up lies instead of taking accountability.Another disappointing corporate apartment complex that shows little to no empathy for their residents.

Moving to Avilla at Lehi Crossing last year was the worst mistake my husband and I could ever make. Management changed after we moved in and she was horrible and demeaning. Do not let any of your friends move in there…..Very expensive

Been here a year now. I’ve had a few service requests come up and the service reps have been very timely in their responses. The management office is easy to talk to and ready to assist. Needless to say I’m satisfied with my experience here.

I love living here. It's peaceful and safe. I like the area. Management has been nothing but helpful to me and my family. Very nice when talking to them.
