I put in for a car rental a week before needed, once I got there I was told all that was there was electric vehicle, didn't want electric! Didn't have time to be sent to another Avis to get different car because was on a time schedule!
We ended up spending more money on just charging the vehicle than we would have in gas! So upset that I had to waist money on a vehicle I didn't want & they had a whole week to get a vehicle over to the Avis I rented from to give me the car I asked for! I should have gotten a discount or an upgrade something for the fact they didn't have what I wanted & spending more money than I needed to plus waiting my time for the fact I had to sit over 45 min at charging station twice! Absolutely ridiculous

Used this location to rent a car for our vacation to Disneyland. Very disappointed in there service . I was given a car that wasn't properly cleaned. It looked like they sprayed water on it ? It was full of water spots and dirt on it still and wasn't wiped down. There was trash inside the car, used solo cup with alcohol in it . When I asked if they get detailed ? He said "no we do it here and I don't have time to clean it all out because it's just me. ???? Are you serious?? I will never come back to Avis again.

We had a good solid experience with this rental location, even getting the exact car that was advertised, and all were in great shape. The agents we dealt with were very professional and helpful and communicated well.

We rented a car in California for 1 day. Due to the difficulty in obtaining cars with rental companies we gave ourselves lots of time in California. We were given a complimentary upgrade as that was the only car available and we left a bit early. The lovely lady did not charge us for the extra hour NOR the upgrade we were told. next day we drop the car off an hour late (time change we forgot about) and the gentleman charged us as follows:1) upgrade car rental amount2) one extra day rental3) one extra hour rentalit went from $171 (all in including taxes) to $487.56.we questioned this and he was MOST unhelpful.PLEASE CHECK YOUR INVOICES PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING WITH THIS LOCATION!!!

Nice staff, who gave good customer service. However very expensive rentals and No the Union discount was No real Discount. It is not the place to go to for Affordable rentals.
