Terrible experience. They rented me a car that didn't have a functioning seat belt in the back seat and mentioned "how they felt so bad about it". Then, a month later sent a bill for tire damage that never happened even though I have picture proof of everything.. Will never work with them again and will actively encourage everybody to go to better services....

We had the BEST experience today at AVIS CARE RENTAL in Mesa AZ. The staff was amazing. Irfana was a terrific staff. We had trouble with our original care rental plan with another outfit. Irfana went out of her way to help us and quickly get us on our way for a great week in sunny Arizona!! THANK YOU IRFANA!! You are the BEST!!

Jill and her staff at the Superstition Spring (Sears) mall in Mesa AZ have absolutely great customer service. They are all friendly and accommodating when doing business and should be a role model for other Avis facilities and online services.

Very dishonest agency.
They charged us an extra fee without notice. We called in to get it refunded and they told us we were late. After we proved that it was returned on time, they told us that it had to be returned before 1pm on Sunday, even though the email said 4pm. They still refuse to issue a refund. We are currently disputing the wrongful charge with our credit card provider.
Never use them again.

Easy to reserve the vehicle we needed. I shopped around and they had the best price. Pick up and drop off were simple and quick. Vehicle was waiting for me (I did online check in), in great condition, and easy to drive. Their billing is a bit different so keep an eye on your statement until it is processed completely (mine processed 4 days after drop off, which was actually 2 business days as I dropped off on Friday), however pricing was upfront and accurate. I definitely recommend using Avis.

We had a fantastic experience with Avis! They had the most affordable pricing, they upgraded us to a much nicer vehicle for no charge. Pick up and drop off was a pleasant and simple experience. We would highly recommend Avis! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Avis!

An easy Uber drive from Mesa, AZ airport, with a significant price savings compared to the selection onsite at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateware Airport. Our full size vehicle was a Mitsubishi Outlander. It served it's purpose well for us. Staff was friendly, with no more than 10 minutes spent on-site at Avis from drop-off by Uber driver to us on the road with our rental --- beats the long lines at the airport counters! Would return here in the future to rent again.
