I had my retirement people on the phone, the bank wouldn’t pick up the call so I could handle some business with my savings had to put everything on hold because my branch can’t pick up a call ?

Door is locked 25 mins while already open. Long line with two managers helping slowly.Guy with Long hair straight back wet made me a wrong cashiers check. Also was very rude 2x about me being thru the business line when I have a business account. And now I'm dealing w his bad breath so this is my final straw

The manager is the rudest person to exist. Bank somewhere else, go to a different location, whatever. She makes up her own policies to make her job easier. She needs to be demoted and replaced immediately.

I had to call over 10 times to get a hold of someone and they still couldn't fix my issue. Not a Great place to bank, but not as bad as chase or Wells Fargo.

Banking their way or the highway. I can't list all the problems. Most interresting was applying for a line of credit. Denied: Why? Even though i had savings, checking etc. They couldnt identify me as a customer. Wow. Totally seperate item i went in to pay on a credit card, they couldn't find the card! Thus couldn't take a payment. Tried for years to get the negative 30 days late removed from my credit, can't the account doesnt exist. I even had a manager try. Sorry can't get corporate to do anything as account doesn't exist, yet i had the card, was using the card. 90 days later all payments posted, balance 0 yet the 30 days late still on record. Another: my wife had a card dissappear, just vanish, told SHE closed it. SHE DIDNT. Then told I closed it. I NEVER CLOSED IT. They are incompetent. Stay away. A relative had a BROKERAGE ACCOUNT his broker was changed w/o notice! Why? His broker could not be found, yet we were sitting with the broker, right where he had always been. Couldn't get his broker back. Why? HE MOVED TO ALASKA and didn't have valid paperwork for ALASKA. P.s. He didn't move to AlaskaSo why post this now? Because I am trying to close a card and guess what! Yup! I CANT AND NO ONE WILL TALK, JUST HANG UP. So Monday Ill just show up without a previously made 30 minute appointment.You just can't make this stuff up!

I have been banking with BOA for 7 years now; never had any issues until i visited this location. They keep telling the customers that they are swamped but there is literally no one walking in and out of the banking hall. They will not see you unless you have an appointment. This is absurd!!!

Be prepared to verify your identity 20 times and every time you have to prey they don't lock your account for no reason.

Drive up ATM is not safe. Panhandlers are always taking advantage of the shade and seating next to ATM, leaving trash everywhere.

I’ve been banking with Bank of America for over over ten years. Never had an issue cashing a check until I went to this location. The tell and manager of the teller had no problem cashing a check for a non account holder but wouldn’t cash my check. Time to switch banks

This location is great! Honestly, great is an understatement! We desperately needed to cash a legitimate check, not fraudulent even 1% and we were in no way going to commit any fraud, ever. This bein our 4th location we'd been to this week for 2 basic tasks...#1. deposit a personal check from selling my hm, not a hot check by any means. #2. Money should be available in my acct for withdraw bcuz I deposited it 7 days ago..Rediculous, sounds easy but apparently it is very difficult. BUT after going to all these locations I can say every one of the employees was very polite (more than I can say, I was hot mad), all the staff was friendly & happy, went out of their way to help & kept their cool when an angry customer didn't keep her cool.The last location today, they took care of us and fast. Big thx to Lisa. You really made our grandma's day. She was losing hope in the company and she left with a huge smile. A week of hell and torture was over thanks to Lisa doing an amazing job and doing what 3 other Banks couldn't do. This location is very lucky to have Lisa, she's a smart gal. Very kind too. Thx for helping us out ?

I love BOA, but this branch is the worst. They are sooooooo slow. It's horrible. I forget until I come back and remember why I don't come to this one. Drive a little further.
