This place is a rip off and scam. they told me 250 plus tax and then charged me 300 in the end for no reason. Never coming back. Customer service sucks too

A barely mid-tier dry cleaner with bottom-tier service.
They insist on using oversized pins on delicate silks and specialty garments—something any competent cleaner should know to avoid. Despite multiple requests, they continue this careless practice.
Today was the final straw: I arrived during posted business hours (the day after the 4th of July) only to find the place closed over two hours early with no signage, no notice, and no update online. The employee inside simply stared at me through the glass and mouthed that they were closed. That’s the level of customer care you can expect here.
I’ve been spending nearly $300/month here, but I’ll gladly take that business elsewhere.

I couldn’t be happier with the way my wedding dress turned out after bringing it here for cleaning. The team handled it with such care and professionalism. Every part of the dress was cleaned flawlessly. It looks immaculate and I cannot wait to wear this on my wedding day! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert cleaning and preservation of a wedding gown. Truly outstanding work!

Well kept facility. Lovely employees. I met the owner, a really nice guy. Prices are pretty much standard, but the turnaround time to get whatever you had cleaned or repaired is substantially faster than any other I have been to. Hi highly recommend this cleaners.

Bartoli Cleaners are miracle-workers!
I needed to have a dress shirt and slacks laundered for my mother's funeral, where I was to give her eulogy. Amid the chaos of planning said funeral, writing my speech, hosting family, making arrangements with the estate, etc. etc., I forgot about my clothes until the afternoon of the Saturday before the Monday that the memorial was to be held. I called around various cleaners, most of whom were closed on Sunday and wouldn't be able to get my cleaning back to me till late on Monday (long after the funeral would be over). Bartoli managed to get my cleaning done by Monday morning, a full hour and a half earlier than they had even promised! I was able to get my cleaning, get dressed, and arrive at the funeral home with time to spare. A huge thanks to the staff at Bartoli for taking such good care of my clothes and my situation!

I brought in a leather jacket to be pressed and have some of the wrinkles taken out and payed a $20 deposit and $75 when I picked it up and got it home this jacket had nothing done to it it was sent nowhere and not a signal wrinkle removed. I’ll be going in on Thursday to speak with the owners to work something out because I want my money back. This place did nothing after waiting 2 weeks.

I take my dresses and men's dress shirts, pants and ties here and everything is always perfect. They even get lipstick stains off mens white church shirts. Love using this Dry Cleaner. The prices are great for the excellent work they do.

So I've gone to this cleaners twice now. Each time I asked for the price when I dropped the items off (I like to be prepared at pick up). First time I picked up my item only to be told a much than originally quoted. I figured the woman at check in just made a mistake. I decided to give them a second chance and brought a dress that only needed pressing. Again I was quoted one price at drop off and at pick up was charged a substantially increased amount. It was the same young lady who'd done the intake so I questioned her directly about the discrepancy. She looked at me with a blank stare and had no answer-no solution-nothing. I later called the establishment and spoke directly to the owner himself. Explained the situation and he said he'd call me back once he looked into it. It's been 3 weeks and he still hasn't replied. For this I warn you all to go elsewhere. This cleaners is not honest. Any business operating like this is not the place for me. They are ok with the policy of being dishonest.

I am very disappointed. I brought in my huge beaded 20 year old wedding dress to be cleaned because my daughter wants to wear it for her wedding. I was told the stains were so old they couldn’t guarantee it would come clean. Miraculously they got the stains out! I explained that I was going to get different sleeves put on the dress and the owner graciously offered to wait on pressing the dress until after the alterations. They charged me $250 for the dress because of the size and beading and a receipt saying to bring it back for pressing. After I dropped it off to be pressed I got a call accusing me of dropping off the wrong dress. It’s my dress, and I don’t have any other wedding dresses laying around. They told me they remember me and the “real” dress even though it had been a few months and they weren’t there when I dropped it off for the pressing. They said they would still go through with pressing and when I arrived for pick up I was accused again of being a liar. They told me it’s not possible that my dress is 20 years old. I had to look up my own wedding pictures from 2001 to prove that it was the dress I wore for my own wedding. I am just so surprised that the attitude went from “we would love to press it for you after alterations” to accusing me of lying. I won’t be bringing anything here again after being treated this way.
