This pharmacist at this location has changed and for the worst. It use to be great service but I will never go there again. Even the insurance company was surprised at the rudeness and disrespect. Rebecca needs to find another career because she can’t do customer service.

This store is well put together and the bakery is expansive, meaning it is large and offers a lot of variety of baked goods, plus there is a Starbucks as well. The food is of good quality and the deli always has meats cooking, giving the shopper the scents of turkey, chicken, & other meats in the air. The service is top notch and efficient. The employees knowledgeable & friendly. The ambience is busy but quiet. Good deals can be found here as well.

I only go into this store for something that is on ad. I don't really like to waste my time in there as the price tags and signage absolutely stinks. nobody knows anything. it's always "oh I think". Is there anybody in charge here. No registers open but this big kid just standing by the scan your own damn groceries section. Their prices are way overboard too, except for some occasional ad prices, but you never know how many you can get for the ad price. It's no wonder that they are the laughingstock of the grocery business. The original founders are probably rolling over in their graves. Just close, they can put in a Dollar Tree or Big Lots.

VERY BAD Customer service! My husband was trying to check out at self check out yesterday. The cash register was open and available. When he started to check out he was told he needs to watch his space by the rude attendant working in that area and that he can not use a cash register unless he is called up even if it is open and available. My husband is hispanic and was the only one told this. The cashier was very confrontational with him! She told him he needs to watch himself an watch his space! In all the months ov Covid we have never experienced anything like this! This was targeting him because he was different and was obvious! When he called to speak to the manger about his experience she is the one that answered the phone and tried to say she was the manager. Per the receipt it says Ray Dexter is the Director. We were shocked that Bashas discriminates toward hispanics! I guess since Eddie Basha is no longer living and they have merged with a California Grocery company more of this can be expected! I guess you have to be white to shop at this store, other wise expect to be treated with disrespect and talked to like a child.

Since we moved here a year ago this has been my go to grocery store for just about everything unless I need bulk items. The employees are always helpful and courteous. Their meat is premium and the butcher always knows what to recommend. She suggested a rib roast last Christmas that was superb. The whole family now wants me to make it every Christmas. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. i could go on and on. Love you Bashas!

Great store. Friendly staff. I, exclusively, shop there so they know me. If they don't have something, the managers get it.

Horrible customer service here. As a senior, my phone isn't as "advanced " as is apparently necessary for electronic coupons. The manager was not helpful, and made snide comments about us to the checker as she refused to help us. Absolutely won't be back, and have already told friends about this.

This Bashas' is not worthy of ZERO stars. They are getting a NEGATIVE star rating from me! Bashas' has officially earned the number 1 spot on my family's list of blacklisted businesses that we will NEVER EVER return to, due to poor service. I was shopping for groceries when the only crime I committed was entering the produce section. I picked out a few produce items & placed them into the cart, then approached the bin of corn. There was a sign placed on the bin of corn saying, "due to health and safety reasons, please do not remove the husks from the corn." (Keep in mind, I had just shopped over half the produce section & there were no other signs like this at any produce display; just at the corn). I proceeded to look at the corn to see a pile of corn husks right on top of the corn display and multiple ears of corn with the husks peeled half way down the length of the corn cobs. I proceeded to move handfuls of the loose husks out of my way. I picked up one of the ears of corn that was already peeled to see what kind of condition the corn was in, when I was suddenly screamed at by a Bashas' employee! He was yelling at me from across the produce section, which proves he was watching me. How long was he watching me through the produce section?! STALKER! He was yelling at me saying, "You're not allowed to do that!" He proceeded to come over to me, was carrying on & on about how, "Due to these times, we can't allow that!" I tried to explain to this produce man that half the ears of corn were already peeled, yet he cut me off as I was reaching for another ear of corn. He took his face covering off and started yelling again, "No! You can't touch those!" (The sign only said not to remove the husks - nowhere did the sign say you weren't allowed to touch the ears of corn!). He told me I wasn't allowed to touch more than one piece of corn, yet the customer that was there right before me picked through the whole pile of corn, who by the way was a large man! So here I was just trying to buy some corn and I was being yelled at & told I couldn't touch it either?! And, this Bashas' employee removed his face covering and came within 3 feet of me to tell me how wrong I was to be touching a piece of corn?!?!?! Yet, I, the customer, am not allowed inside of the store without a face covering strapped to my face and don't dare get within 6 feet of someone! WOW! Notice that this corn monitor didn't tell the large man, who was digging through the pile of corn before me that he wasn't allowed to, yet here I was the one being harassed! After finally being granted permission to get some corn from the corn monitor in the produce section, I left the store for fear of being screamed at again for trying to get groceries, being accused of touching something too many times (when there are ZERO guidelines posted in the store to define how many times is too many!), or have the nutjob produce corn monitor man stalk me anymore! Went to use the corn tonight to cook dinner, only to find out that the corn was ROTTEN!!!!!! I had to throw out half the ROTTEN corn and people are still hungry here! Bashas' posted a sign using COVID as a reason that customers weren't allowed to peel open the corn as a way to hide the fact that they were selling ROTTEN corn! How pathetic that they used a disease as a reason to coverup their ROTTEN produce! See photos I've added! I will NEVER return to this Bashas'. I will send a large, intimidating looking man to do my shopping. This Bashas' doesn't question or tell a large, scary looking man to stop touching corn, but their produce corn monitor man completely harassed me! I want a refund for my ROTTEN corn and an apology from Bashas'!

I am writing to review the pharmacy. I noticed on my Good Rx app that the prescription I was needing was much cheaper here than Wallgreens. I however wish I had paid the extra and went to another pharmacy. I was coming here directly after having my wisdom teeth removed. There was nobody waiting for a script, so I thought it would be a quick fill. I had blood pouring out of my mouth and had to continually go to the bathroom to spit. I had to open a box of gauze to stuff more in my mouth. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I was at my wits end. The pain meds were starting to wear off from surgery... "Is this about done?" The pharmacist was about grey, and sweaty. Looking very sick himself, he reported he tried to call in sick today and there was nobody to cover him! So there he was, sick as a dog, making excuses for making me wait. I did not have a lot of compassion that day for this man. Sure, he said he was passing a kidney stone....then go to the Dr! Don't show up! It was quite awful! He apologized and said he probably shouldn't be at work....you think??? I finally got my scripts and took my blood swallowing self home. Ugh. Go somewhere else

Pretty decent store. I stopped in at about 8:45pm. Deli seating area tables were a little dirty, Could've used a little wipe down. Closing deli clerk should wipe them down before leaving. The freezer section end displays were 50% empty. Not just low but zero product in in them. Looked a little dirty as well. It just seem like the whole place could use a bit of straightening. Bakery tables were kind of a mess as well. Closing clerk could have straightened it up a bit before they left. Cashier, a blond haired girl was very friendly and helpful. Prices were good to.
