I purchased some blue crystal cat litter for $30 that didn't even work. Also my shampoo was $5 more than it is at Walmart and my body shampoo was also $5 more than it is at Walmart. Everything's too expensive here.

This store has gone way downhill. It was my primary store for well over 10 years and I don't know what happened. The self-checkout is always a mess. They rarely have actual cashiers on duty and if they are they give attitude when you actually want to use them. The sale items from the meat department seem to always be out (even on Day 1 of the sale). I still go in from time to time because it's the closest store, but it has become a disappointment.

Staff was pretty friendly but not very knowledgeable about thier products and the location of it. Meat guy had no idea where sone items in the add were and claimed they didn't stock the Johnsonville cheddar brats that were on the sale and radio. Has to buy them at Frys.. Several items rang un higher than the signs showed, ie the sale sign was not in the system, like the frozen yellow fin tuna, and one of the salad dressing. 🤔🤔😵💫

Great Bashas, clean and not overly busy. Great French bread with beautiful crunchy crust with a soft middle and perfectly baked. People were polite and helpful.

The self checkout is a nightmare, please fix your machines. We have problems EVERY time we go in. Cece was very kind and helpful.

No cashiers, only self checkout! Their machines are too small to ring up a cart full of groceries And they don't show you the sale prices of items, you have to PAY, then check your receipt to find out if you're getting the sale price! Unbelievably stupid.

Nice store staff members friendly. Butcher will order specific things for you. Will also cut meat for you if ask.
Has a Starbucks if you are into that.
Over all clean and well kept grocery store.

Lip Lab Az is located inside Speakeasy Salon suite, which is next-door to the bashes!! It’s wonderful to have a grocery store so close. It’s always clean great customer service and Starbucks!!

One cashier and a bunch employees just walking around. This lady didn't know the sales in the aid, made us exchange items when we were right she couldn't understand how to ring them properly. this transaction was 30mins and in between I said get the manager twice and she kept saying no I'll figure it out I don't want them to see my screen. That was my grandma's order left behind. I then go to self check out for my groceries after being so upset with her I scanned 3 items and it said needed assistance when I didn't this kept happening so annoying. Everyone is so sick of self check out and there is always one cashier so ridiculous no other employees stopped to help the same lady at the register so she stops to help me and after the second time I walked out. That's two big transactions lost and went to another store.
