The worst customer service the store on stapley in Mesa I was racially profiled cause I’m Mexican. I didn’t get any help or hello from the employee but a second a lady walked in after me she got helped right away. I was over charged on my items also buy 3 get 3 free is a lie they charged me total of 71.88 they just lost a good customer.

Horrible customer service. They send you an email because of your birthday, with a code for a free item. You place an order for pick up, multiple items, mind you. Only to receive an email indicating that because they were all out of ONE of the items you ordered, you lose your code and you lose your so-called birthday present. They don't even attempt to call you to discuss a substitute (or just substitute the item) so you don't lose out on your free gift. ON TOP OF THAT; when you pick up your items the employees there simply don't care. None are willing to help. To me & any reasonable person who pays so much for their products, so often, this simply isn't how you treat customers. Recommend you avoid this and any other location from Bath & Body Works. Take your money elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Staff was to busy socializing to help or greet customers. Staff eventually followed my wife but didn't ask if she needed help. Checkout was frustrating. Packed 100$ of items into the smallest bag and gave me an attitude when I asked for a larger bag or 2 small bags. Will not go back to this location.

Manager comes to the counter chewing food. Does not offer any support to help fix a problem. Immediately didn’t look at my order just said we don’t have those candles. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

There’s tons of items to try and buy, however they don’t have any new releases immensely in this store so keep that in mind!

I just wanted to praise Cynthia at the Stapely and 60 location in Mesa. She’s so kind and bubbly. She remembers little details you told her from previous visits that you forgot you told her. She’s very knowledgeable about all the products and you can see her enthusiasm when she talks about them. Every time I visit that location I look forward to seeing her there as she’s so welcoming. Sometimes i get anxiety walking into a busy store but she takes that pressure off by not making you feel like you have to buy anything. But I always end up getting something she recommends anyway because as I mentioned earlier she remembers what you like and can find similar scents. I won’t be surprised if she ends up running her own store one day. She’s very deserving of it.

If I could leave a zero I would. Horrible customer service. Manager rude and, when I tried to escalate my complaint, she did not know her district manager's name. Horrible experience. Never again.

Went in not expecting to purchase anything but to look and smell as always since I shop often at a store in Tucson. This little store had some wonderful items and my bestie never likes to go in with me, but this day she went in and was so excited to see an item just for her! We just wanted to say thank you so much for making my friend smile !
