I went into the branch to exchange some money. The manager loudly asks what I needed, I let her know and she says loudly that I needed an account with them to do that. She was rude and so I left letting her know that I was happy I don’t bank with them. It’s a common curiosity to exchange bills, it’s a bank for Christ sakes. I went to another bank and no problems and no questions asked. After reading the reviews it sounds like giving bad customer service and being rude is a common occurrence.

I have been with PNC since the merge of bbva,I was a little weary of the transition going fromASmaller banking corp to a larger one, but I stuck it out. Everything was going fine until today. I went to cash a check and was told something that was not correct. Whether it had been a misunderstanding due to poor drive through or what have you, what I was ultimately told was not ok. I was told several times by several different worker’s customer service and branch locations that they make a portion of the check available for them to use for fees on the account (which there are none) then I will see what ever is left of the portion that would be available this evening/night. Then the rest tomorrow. Also In addition christina was very sure of what she was saying then became sarcastic when I brought it to her attention that this evening and tonight were two different things . As a long time customer of bbva/PNC I am not satisfied. If this was going to be the case i could’ve just went back to mainstream banking. They get one star because of the choosing to not even attempt to assist with the communication issue and also for the managements lack of customer service.

Yo this is the worst bank i have ever dealt with and i have been banking for 30 years. I dont even write reviews but I came here to google this bank just to comment how trash this bank is. I only dealt with them because apparently some other bank closed and transferred my account here, but I felt compelled to share my experience.-website sucks-online banking sucks-csr's are rude (and incompetent)-they dont follow standard banking, customer service or communication procedures-there is no way to use their online message center- it exists, but there is literally no send button. so you have to call their idiotic customer service center- they charged me service fees for 6 months for an account I didnt even know i had after aquiring an account that didnt have fees previously, and refused to waive or refund them. This is predatory banking at its finest. but thats not even the point- it just sucks as a bank. Do not support this business.Thanks for coming to my ted talk

Terrible customer service at this particular 1325 W Southern Ave branch location. Tellers at this location are the rudest, helpless and careless people I've ever had to deal with. It’s literally a pain !!! I don’t recommend doing business at this location

This branch is horrible specially the manager I don't remember her name but she's the worse helpless and careless she blocked my account for no reason but thank goodness the people on stapley and university helped me out, stay away from this location!!!

Terrible service from the company for the past year. Poorly facilitated transition and the bank can't even close out my account due to my deposit of cash to bring it out of a negative balance that I was assured wouldn't be a problem be another branches employee. Sad considering I've been a customer for about 15 years. Customer service and quality ran businesses are becoming a thing of the past I guess. Time to start putting my cash in a cave in the mountains ? What a pity!
