I had a wonderful and pleasant experience at Larry Miller Ford and a special thanks to my service advisor Fernando Pacheco. He was very professional and courtesy. Fernando was willing to keep me in the loop with the details, time and cost to get my 2018 Ford Escape SE SUV fixed while is what in there service shop. He went above and beyond to ensure excellent service was given and was done in a timely manner. He even assisted with the rental car coverage/expense that I had to pay and purchase while my SUV was getting fixed. I am happy with my experience and the service provided by Fernando. I love the help and information given by Fernando when I have to bring my SUV in for service. He is the best in the AZ west and I am lucky to have him as my service advisor.

DON'T buy a Service Contract from Larry Miller Ford!! One, it says right in the contract that if you are within 50 miles of the dealership you must bring it to them. Not something they tell you though. Not a huge deal for me since I work in the area or so I thought. However, I made an appointment for 10/27 and when I got there, I was told I would need to leave my truck for at least a week before they could diagnosis it. Who can be without their vehicle for a week? Why take appointments if you are not going to honor them? Or maybe take the appointment for 7 days out so it can be diagnosed on the day of appointment? Just an idea. And since I live within 50 miles of the dealership, I cannot take it anywhere else. WHAT A JOKE!!

Everyone was very courteous on the phone and in person. We were able to schedule our car for service quickly and they finished our vehicle 3 days earlier than anticipated. Our service representative, Fernando, was very communicative and professional. I don’t normally write reviews but it was such a wonderful experience to receive such great customer service and restored my faith in Ford. Thank you so much!

Made an appointment a week out. On the day of the appointment they even came and picked up my car. Once there the service manager calls and asks what they were doing for me. Really sure I had explained when I made the appointment. Went over it again-my rear camera was not operating. He said they wouldn't be able to do it today, but could leave the car for the weekend. No apology, we can reschedule for Monday, nothing. I called to talk with management and a gentleman "took my information", but no one called back. Have been going there when it was Berge then Miller. They are unreliable. Appointments don't matter, no effort to find a solution, and don't return calls as promised. Next year is new car year for me and looks like it won't be a Ford.

I'd like to give major kudos to this dealership. I purchased a 2016 Ford Focus a year ago and it has been an amazing car. A month ago, my sister was involved in a head on collision in this vehicle and it literally saved her life. Thank you to my sales person (unsure of the name) that helped me pick a safe vehicle. My sister was injured but not killed.. this car literally saved her life. Thank you Larry H. Miller Ford! I will be back to purchase another vehicle.

Ricky is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and had great communication while we waited for delivery. Got a really fair deal and felt very comfortable doing business with everyone involved. Perfect example of a dealership building trust with Ford customers and repping the brand properly.

My husband and I can’t say enough about the great experience we had purchasing our vehicle at this dealership. We live out of state and we purchased a car without test driving it, which could have been a very stressful and nerve-racking situation , but our sales person Michelle was phenomenal.She answered all of our questions, showed us the vehicle on a live call and over all helped us to feel reassured and very well taken care of throughout the process. Her communication and consistent follow up was amazing and very very appreciated. It was a smooth process start to finish , including the financing process. We are very happy with our new car. They provide excellent customer service, I can’t recommend them enough!.

Drove up to Phoenix two weekends ago to purchase a 2019 Ford F150. It had a crack in the windshield and needed a new battery. Of course we were promised by the salesman that both would be arranged to be fixed in Tucson. We took him at his word and drove home. Two weeks later, multiple messages and multiple excuses later, still no resolution. I feel idiotic for believing they'd deliver on their promises after we bought it. Should've known better. They just wanted the sale and could care less about customer satisfaction. Will never be back.

Took our 1995 Ford F150 in for a remanufactured engine. We have all the records for this truck going back to 1997. The truck is spotless and my husband takes pride in this truck. Our truck had to be left for just over 5 weeks to get the engine redone. No offer of a rental, courtesy car, to help with the delay. When we finally got the truck back, there was oil all over the edges of the engine compartment on the paint, in the truck, on the mats, etc. It was heart breaking to spend that amount of money and to have it not taken care of like we would. When my husband picked it up he had to ask if it could get washed from the amount of dust from 5 weeks. Rod Mills is a great service advisor and he is not at fault for this, it is the job of the techs to be more diligent in caring for the vehicles they work on. Especially with taking things apart on an older truck. They completely tore off the boot around the gear shift ripping the screws out of the plate (assuming they thought it was a clip on and the tech has never seen a stick shift before). We are still waiting for a call about getting another boot. Haven't heard a word. Can't even enjoy the sound of the new engine through the sound of the engine literally being in the cab. The only reason we took the truck to a dealer was to be sure things were done properly and to spec. I am not bickering about the price because I believe it was fair. Just not in love with the time frame on the service/inconvenience of transportation, and the lack of respect taken for the vehicle. Please be more careful and thoughtful if you want repeat business.

Excellent customer service, very reasonable prices...what's not to love. The quote for an oil change was approximately 44% cheaper than Jiffy Lube. I highly recommend Larry Miller Quick Lane!

I initially brought my car in for a repair to the power steering, but unfortunately, it wasn't worth fixing (in my opinion), so I opted to trade it in. Everyone was super helpful and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Truly. Michelle was fantastic! She showed me really great options, was very personable and respectful of my time and my budget. I never once felt like I was being upsold or fast talked, or any of the stereotypical car salesperson stuff I've dealt with before. She is so kind and I felt like I was buying a car from a friend or someone I've known for a while. It's those extra touches that can make such an arduous process a pleasant one and I'm so grateful for Michelle. Jacob was very helpful during the process as well, especially, making sure that I understood my car before I drove off.All of the staff I worked with (Suzee in repairs, Michelle and Jacob in sales, and Sam in financing) were wonderful and above board. Would absolutely recommend and would buy another car from them (hopefully not for a while though!)Cheers from Goldie (name TBD) and Me! :)

I had an oil change done on my truck. Brett S, my service advisor was great and friendly and knowledgeable. Under some circumstances, we had an issue and Brett handled it very professional, and is taking care of the problem. I was very impressed how he handled me and the issue. I would recommend Brett as your service advisor.
