Great experience from the minute I entered the service area. I like how service video tapes the inspection of my vehicle. That is a new experience and I think it gives customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work with customer service.

We were able to work with Casey over the course of many weeks to find a car that was within our budget and filled our other expectations. I appreciate that he always reached out when he thought something was worthwhile over a long period of time. I don’t mind waiting to get my car serviced but the fact that as a purchaser of a vehicle we are expected to be with out a vehicle for an unidentified amount of time is a little absurd. I have called weekly to see if there are any available loaner vehicles so that I can get my vehicle serviced which is showing an airbag warning that turned on about a month ago. Each week I am told the same thing. There’s anywhere from 20-40 people waiting for a loaner vehicle so that they too can have their vehicle serviced. Again, the length of time the dealership has my vehicle is not the issue, but the fact that accommodations are not made for purchasers is very frustrating. It is unrealistic to expect people to be without their vehicles for weeks and weeks as well as expecting them to go without ANY vehicle for that amount of time. People have lives and can’t place them on hold to account for the delay in processing time and service length for your dealership. Especially if that expectation is not reciprocated with some sort of accommodation as I have mentioned. I have reached out to several Volkswagen dealerships to see what the wait time would look like and it ranges anywhere from 1-several weeks for a diagnostic then an unknown amount of time to actually fix the issue. Again you can have my car as long as you need to fix it so that I am safe with my family. But be better about helping people who are trying to do right by their vehicle and maintain it in working order.However I will say that when my vehicle needs to get serviced the technicians are very informative and helpful and that my service in that regard is exceptional.

Overall this was a really positive car buying experience. Casey made the process easy and streamlined. I showed up and he already had the two trims I wanted to compare pulled up and ready to look at. Also was able to answer any of my questions and didnt pressure me about anything. Everyone in the place was super friendly and just had good vibes. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service is exceptional. Brandy is always very helpful and humorous in interactions. The shuttle drivers, Kip and Nick, who I lucked out each time I’ve been in are safe, courteous and friendly. I appreciate the appointment update via video with explanation of everything.

Brandy was amazing! I needed to drop by the service department for a quick fix on my arteon. She just told me to come in no questions asked. When I arrive she took the car back and it was fixed quickly and I was on my way. I will be coming here for all my service needs going forward

No matter what issue crops up, Bel has made sure to get us in quickly, get our vehicles assessed and repairs done as fast as possible.They are always been extremely accommodating with my schedule, professional and go above and beyond compared to previous experiences at other dealerships.This level of service has developed a trust for Bel, Berge VW, and the service department as a whole. Berge Volkswagen in Gilbert, AZ came to the rescue! In 110 degree Arizona for business and the Jetta air conditioner had a leak and was not blowing cool air. Dropped it off, left with my local Rep for scheduled meetings, came back and it was fixed and the car washed. They set realistic expectations and then exceeded them! Brandy was the B O M B! She has a great attitude, sense of humor and kept me informed. From start to finish, our experience was very pleasant and smooth. Upon arriving to the dealership , we were greeted by Casey, who truly made our car buying experience our best one yet! I called to get a quote and told him the issue I was having, he ordered the parts for me ahead of my appointment and had my vehicle fixed in less than a day. He kept in contact with me the entire time, he was honest and ensured I was completely satisfied with the work they did before I left. Because of him and how I was treated during the entire experience I will 100% be back and you have a new customer. I have been working with Bel in your service department for the last 3 years, and have always been super impressed with our interactions. I recently made the mistake of going to a different VW dealership that had my car for over 6 hours, and couldn't diagnose what Bel and his team could within minutes. I don't mind to wait for service here, because I know that this Service team is honest and will tell me just what to expect along the way, from pricing to timing. I have been so happy with the service here and Bel is an amazing asset to your service team! Thanks for all you do to keep my older car running great!
