I cannot tell you enough, how absolutely wonderful and courteous the staff are here. They helped me every which way. Took care of mistakes made during booking....my mistakes. After 7 hrs drive, I was more than satisfied on how they treated me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Only spent one night...but I got a good night's sleep. Have breakfast before you take off.

They were very full due to varsity baseball tournaments going on, but still found us a room. The pull out bed was better than I expected. We were close to the ice maker and baseball players seemed to like ice a lot at 6am

Needed a pet friendly hotel due to AC going out at home. Newly renovated and quick to reserve and get to. Pricey, but necessary! $40 pet fee per pet

Had a 1 night emergency stay due to AC failure at the house. Front desk clerk was very friendly even for it being 11pm. Room was clean and nice enough. Beds weren't fantastic but for 1 or 2 nights are more than adequate. Had a nice little breakfast spread in the morning. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles and more. Definitely expected less for the breakfast. Overall not a bad little place.

Terrible customer service. My mother in law had booked a room not knowing it was a motel style hotel where the rooms open up to the outside. My mother in law instantly felt scared about that setup. We talked to Marissa at the front desk as my mother in law was checking and we asked if there was a 24hr cancellation policy. Marissa told us that if we checked out by 11am the next morning that we’d only be charged for the first night. The next morning I booked a room a hotel on the other side of the mall for $18 less per night (traditional hotel style rooms). I went back in the morning to help my mother in law check out. I was greeted by Laura who talked at me so loud it was bordering on yelling. She told me that they do have a 24hr cancellation policy and that my mother in law would be charged for 2 nights. I got into an argument with Laura about how my mother in law felt scared all night. My mother in law is Asian American, English is her second language and she doesn’t like confrontation, especially when it’s not in her native tongue. So the interaction with the loud and aggressive Laura was difficult for her to navigate. If I wasn’t in such a rush to get my wife to dialysis, I would have pressed the issue more. So basically, this establishment has employees who tell you one thing at night and then the contrary in the morning. Then they don’t honor what their employees tell their customers.

Rooms are roomy enough. In our room, the hot/cold water plumbed backward. Fortunately, the water is not hot enough to burn you. The exhaust fan in the shower/toilet was about to fall out of the ceiling and didn't move any air it just made noise. Employees at the front desk were friendly and courteous.
Food & drinks: Dennys and a McDonald's are right by the hotel.

Stayed here for one night. Is it perfect? Probably not, but you are getting a clean room with coffee maker just off the freeway for really cheap. Plus the mall is within walking distance, as well as several dining options. The staff was friendly. Noise was minimal, considering how close it is to the main road. A really great option for the price.
