I was at Mesa Riverview for another appointment and searched for a nail salon near me. Pamper Me came up, and I figured I would take a chance. It wasn't too busy, and I was seated right away. The salon is clean, and my nail tech was very friendly. I got a manicure and pedicure. Normally, pedicures are not relaxing to me, and I don't enjoy them because techs are a bit too rough, but that was not the case here. I also felt the prices were not too expensive. I will be back next time I need a pedicure.

I've had some meh dip manicures and salon experiences but this particular one was by far my worst... Instead of removing my current dip "polish" with a soak and or dremel, the technician used an acrylic nail extension/tip. I immediately questioned this process and was told "it's much faster" and "I'll stop if it hurts". The tech slid the extension in between my nail and dip polish where it was lifting away from the nail...it was not pleasant. It put a lot of pressure on my nail bed and pulled off a thin layer of my nail in some areas. The dip job was also a mess. The tech got glitter pieces on my solid nails and even lost track of the number of layers she was doing and of what on multiple different occasions. When it came time for the top coat, there were multiple attempts to talk me into gel (I know a gel top coat is common) when I was very specific on multiple occasions about all dip/no UV lights. From a far my finished nails don't look bad however up close (zoom in) they look like they've been scratched with steel wool, the layers are uneven, very thin and one nail even had a giant raised glob of clear polish on the top. This was my first and only visit to this particular nail salon. What a waste of time and money...I should have walked out the door and never looked back when they tried to take my old polish off with a fake nail...

Worse place ever, had to ask them to clean the foot spa out after they tried to get me to put my feet in there while it was dirty. Then because they had to take the gel off my toes, and I didn’t get gel again they charged me 5 dollars more doesn’t make since it’s 5 extra dollars for basic polish I’ll never go again

Not sanitary the man doing one of our pedicures was bouncing back and forth from our pedicure to someone's fingernails. Worst pedicure of my life.

So far the best nail salon I've been to in AZ. They are fast and do a great job at shaping and filling without burning the bed of my nail. I can't wait for them to reopen!
