Big Lots has many unique items and I'm sure you'll be happy with their prices. For example nobody beats their prices on boxes of Coffee pods (80-$21). That's almost 35% of Costco's *Bold coffee. So if you love *SBux Bold coffees like I do you'll enjoy the STRONG flavored Italian Roast Coffee by Victor Allen they carry.

Horrible customer service. Went in with my three year old child in an emergency to use the restroom. My child was crying he had to go so bad. They refused to let us go to the bathroom and the cashier at the front started yelling at us. It was an awful experience for my son. I will not ever buy from them again.

All the Big Lots stores I've visited are well-maintained, brightly lit. It's great that the stores typically carry similar stock no matter where they are. In particular, they always have high quality dog treats for great prices.

Lucas the manager is completely incompetent and instead of accepting accountability for his mistake this evening, he threw his rock star employee under the bus. Ryan was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and deserves a 5 star review all on his own. We purchased a couch and drove two hours to pick it up. While loading it up we saw that the wrong item was brought out (a loveseat) and Ryan was so gracious to go grab the right one. While he was trying to make a simple box swap for the right one that was in stock, Lucas decided upon himself to do a complete return on our product instead of just waiting for rockstar Ryan to grab the right couch. He then proceeded to continue to tell us that it was all Ryan’s fault and we should just repurchase at another date when the funds were reversed to the card. We already purchased the item. The item was in stock.In short: The wrong item was brought out (no big deal, easy swap, so we thought). Ryan went to swap out for correct item that was in stock and already purchased with receipt in hand. Lucas goes behind all our backs and refunds purchase and says it’s Ryan’s fault. We bought a couch, drove two hours to pick it up, his incompetence and willingness to blame anyone but himself for something so asinine is the reason we will not be returning and taking our money elsewhere.Ryan deserves a raise and Lucas needs to be replaced.
