In the past I’ve been happy with this location. Last week I thought I had an oil change and tire rotation. Carfax was told I had both. Then I noticed my blemished tire was in its old location. When I asked, today, I was told rotation didn’t happen because I needed new tires. Failed to tell me no rotation at time of service. Someone also changed my MPH to Kilometers. Safety is important so I won’t go back. Did my oil get changed, or not and theyvdidn’t tell me? BAD BAD BAD I don’t care how nice they are if I can’t trust the work was done.

Best car service shop ever in Arizona!!!!! I am so happy my next door neighbor refer me to Big O Tires...been going there since got my car 3years ago!!!! People treat u like family there too!!!!! I needed a new battery and some filters for my car. Everybody I encountered was friendly , helpful and know what they were doing. It was just a car service appointment but I couldn't have asked for better service they were great.

I did not have an appt and just wanted the air checked in my tires and had a question about my A/C. A diagnostic was done and I was given the option of scheduling an appt or having the work done there then which I opted for. I was treated very well and told of additional work that needed to be done. They even called my warranty company but unfortunately nothing I needed done was covered which did not make me happy, but I appreciated their willingness.
I don't give 5 stars to. encourage striving to improve, but definitely recommend having work done here. I have never had issues.
