Says they open at 9am on saturday waited at the door for 20min until i looked on there website that said they were closed but drive through was open 9am -12pm went through drive through and was closed down to… i transferred everything and now at chase.

I recently obtained BMO's credit card with 5% cash back for satellite, internet and streaming services. As well, they offer 3% cash back on gasoline and groceries and finally 1% cash back on all other expenditures. Only catch is that I buy about 90% groceries at Dollar Tree and about 10% non-grocery items, yet BMO's computer rates that store for a 1% cash back. I'll go back to using my Wells Fargo 2% cash back on everything at Dollar Tree. So let me know, BMO if you ever redo your discount at 2% of my grocery items at Dollar Tree.

My sisters and I went there to withdraw a savings account of a loved one so that we could reinvest the money into a local savings account. We were hoping to start new savings accounts at this same bank but we wanted to see their service in action. The bank teller was friendly and helpful and she told us Stephanie would help us and to have a seat. We were the only 3 customers in the bank. We had to wait several minutes before Stephanie asked us what we wanted. She also took and made new phone calls while we waited. She then took our IDs and the death certificate to verify. We waited many more minutes. Then 2 new customers came in together to apparently open new accounts. Stephanie rushed to help them and an employee who had been sitting in an office with all lights off, rushed out to help the other person since it seemed they were opening 2 accounts. Stephanie ignored us and helped her new customer while the other employee helped the other person. When they were done, Stephanie issued us our cashiers checks after another fairly long wait. We had every intention of opening 3 new accounts with this bank but decided to take our business elsewhere because of the poor service we received. It was also interesting to note the man hiding out in a darkened office, suggesting he was not wanting to help customers, until he saw new customers wanting to open accounts.

BMO Harris Bank is a joke!! Cashing a check at this bank, they charge $10 to cash their Own check if it's over $50!! Like wow! Talk about robbery! Not to mention you have to have 2 forms of ID and they don't accept Federal ID cards as an ID, has to be a credit or debit card! Pretty ridiculous, won't ever do business here again!!

I banked at this location from when it was still M&I and with only one exception, had an excellent relationship. I especially liked Cindy who was always so helpful. I moved in November 2018 and began using a branch in Cave Creek near my new home. Since then it has been all downhill. This month a 12. "maintenance fee" was the straw. For a few hours a checking bal fell below 1000. due to a double withdrawal for a credit card balance. My 2 accounts aggregate more than 500000. An app for a bank credit card was actually rejected though my credit score is about 900. Someone at Harris needs to explain to me why I should not just give it up and patronize another bank....
