Worst customer service ever from this branch. As I’ve been banking with BMO Harris for 3 years now, I’ve learned to skip this location and go somewhere else.

I have banked with BMO for around a year and have been pleased with the service, but yesterday made me love BMO even more. Her name is Joanna or Joanne… she went the extra mile for me yesterday, without even being asked, and helped me more than she even knows! I was so surprised by her phone call that I wasn’t able to ask her name again. It was truly touching how she was willing to help me with my account. She is truly an asset to your company.

Had a quick question and I was the only customer in the lobby. Stood in line for a few minutes watching the teller doing some data entry and paperwork. I don't think the world revolves around me but their employees are paid to sit there and customers are usually taking time from being paid to do their banking. I suddenly remember why I closed my families accounts at this branch. I'm not impressed and I would rather bank at Big O Tires.

They keep turning off my online banking. I was on hold for over 2 hours on Saturday and after finally being able to speak to a person they couldn't fix it because no manager was available. What I truly found offensive is when they told me to drive to different places to pay my bills!Still wasn't fixed on Monday by 11:00. So another hour of my time was wasted at the branch trying to resolve the issue. Finally got it fixed but if it happens again I'll be looking for a new bank.

I've been banking at the Greenfield and Baseline location for MANY years and was extremely happy with them. I bought a new home near the Baseline and Crismon location and started banking there. After talking with Jo-El, I decided to apply for a Home Equity loan. Long story short, she left, new loan person took over and does not return voicemails, and when you do get ahold of her, she says shell check on it and call back ... she never does!!!!!!. After leaving repeated voicemails asking for information, and either lost or misplaced documents, I've decided that if I don't hear back by Monday, I'm going to transfer my accounts to another bank.

Closed during business hours. We rushed in from out of town to get here to handle a 5 minute transaction, and the place is closed up. So don't ever count on this location to be open during it's posted business hours. Even as I post this they should be open.

I went to BMO Harris Bank today to get a cashier's check withdrawal from my account to buy a car. The withdrawal emptied much of my savings account. The male teller was very cold and rude. I told him "now i guess I'll have to start saving to build up it up again". He totally ignored me. He then said sharply "you realize there is a $10 fee for a cashier's check." He was acting like i should feel guilty for removing my money. At one point he needed a pen and i slid the one i had been using to him. He pushed it back at me and said, "that belongs in there", motioning to a cup. I rarely go to the bank - do most things online - but this is the second situation of bad customer service there.
