I had the worst experience with a employee there today I got there about 9:15 they didn't open until 10:00 so I waited the manager pulls up about 9: 40 she walks into the T-Mobile and locks the door behind her then comes out at 10:00 telling me she have to go to the bank and she be right back. She took at least 25min. When she returned it was three groups waiting behind me that had already pulled up at 10:00 right after she left. I was first so she tried to help me and it was a horrible experience I just wanted to get my line detached from my ex-girlfriend and they made it so hard for me to do a matter of fact and they made me pay for another sim card that they didn't even use so now I'm stuck with a SIM card that I paid for they are hustlers up there I would not go there to buy any purchases or to buy any phones from them they do not know what they're doing oh and another thing they're not a corporate business so definitely don't deal with them their privately owned and they are scammers. They only want particular people working there also so sad.

This is because they are effectively extending credit by allowing you to use the service before paying for it, and the SSN helps them assess your creditworthiness NEVER EVER, GIVE YOUR S.S.N OVER THE PHONE, FOR ANYONE!!!

My wife has service through boost and always uses this location if she needs help with her service. Yesterday when shen went to get her service restored because her sim card stopped working, the girl that was there kept giving her the wrong sim cards that was no longer being used on their network. The girl lied to her several times telling her the problem was with the phone. I confirmed that the phone was unlocked and compatible with their service. And when we called boost customer service, they confirmed the same thing. They said that the girl was probably just trying to sell her a phone and was lying just to do that. The rep on the phone said that all those sim cards wasn't compatible because they switched to a new network. She said that the new sim cards that work must begin with 89024 not 89014. The 89014 was for the old system and wouldn't work no matter what. I tried to tell the girl at the store she didn't know what she was doing, but she did. She was trying to sell a new phone to my wife instead of connecting her service back up with the proper sim card. People are so dirty and evil these days and you can't trust ANYBODY! I bet that this location will probably shut down just like all the that have closed due to dishonesty and crappy customer service......

Boost has been giving me runaround? I had been told $160 to port two lines with a current offer when I popped into a store in Glendale. I just got told $210 here after some nonsense about needing SIM kits.
It's not this store's fault, but I just drove over from another store that decided to close early today. I maybe have just been permanently turned off of Boost.

Customer service at the store is excellent. The phone customer service is terrible, but Jesus has been incredibly responsive to our concerns and took care of us to the best of his ability.

Just got out wanted to get a new phone but the lady that was supposed to help didn't help at all.. she had a bad attitude... hate my experience in this store and I won't recommend nobody to go to this place... also I being a client of boots for over 10 years
