Brookdale East Arbor is a beautiful, clean, neat, safe, and secure facility. The staff is amazing, professional, friendly, helpful, caring, compassionate, considerate, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They are available 24/7, providing a huge sense of relief to families. The management of medical conditions, including dementia and diabetes, is described as superb. Residents can enjoy a redefined independence with interesting people and activities like bingo. The facility is noted as a perfect place for those with early cognitive issues, and they are accommodating to personal needs, such as keeping a pet. The director and entire team go above and beyond to help residents feel at home, making transitions easier. It is highly recommended as a very nice and caring place where loved ones are well cared for, allowing them to live well.
Nice and clean, very comforting to know your loved one is being well taken care of. Bonus the food and kitchen is top notch.

I recently visited a friend and former neighbor of mine at Brookdale East Arbor. I was greeted with a friendly staff member. I found the facility very neat and clean. My friend has a nice room.
