Staff and management have gone downhill. Had points for a 9.99 chicken sandwich and gave our server our phone number to redeem it before we were served (yes only 10 dollars and 1000 loyalty points) . We asked if we could add a sauce on the sandwich. No problem Bill came out with a saucy chicken vs classic, which didn't qualify for points. There was no conversation and no discussion about the difference. These sandwiches are the exact same price on the menu. A manager, who we didnt hear from, named Cory, refused to change from a saucy to classic, despite being the same price. We have 35 check ins in the last 12 months. This is an example of corporate ridiculousness and not allowing employees to make their regulars reasonably happy. Corporate won't care as we know but yoy lost a loyal customer over $10

You guys are a wing place. Why when I order take-out the wings always taste old and dried out? And it's always at dinner time. And your nachos suck. Chips were stale and did not have queso cheese as stated.

When they have large gatherings they DO NOT CARE about 3 family party… waitress said to us “we have a 50 people gathering right now… if you want to wait you are more than welcome to stay!” When there were a lot of booths open… She could sat us down and says, “let me take care of these large group and I will send someone to take your order “ but no, she shuts us down! So we left.

There was no wait when my partner and I arrived, but we were a tad confused about if we were to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Finally, we were given a table, and when our waitress (both friendly and efficient), arrived, she was able to take both our drink and food order. The food was prepared and arrived so quick, but was still fresh and tasty! That was probably my favorite part!

Buffalo Wild Wings officially lost my business tonight.. ordered a total of 30 wings split between 2 flavors and were missing 9 wings.. how do you screw up that bad? And I was offered a refund within 10 days. Not even the point, ruined our dinner. The fries weren’t even right.. Great job guys!

We went in around 930p tonight for the deal on boneless wings. The service at this location has always been hit or miss but this time was much worse.They have QR codes on the middle of the table to order and pay through your phone but when they seat you they don't tell you whether you're supposed to go that route or wait for a waiter. We were in the middle of almost placing our order when someone came up to take it instead, which is kind of confusing. The wings themselves were over breaded and all the sauces were very syrupy, which is understandable as we ordered a variety of different sweet and spicy sauces.I ordered one cocktail and my boyfriend ordered a beer and a water. They never brought him his water or came to check on us to see if we needed more drinks. Maybe we were supposed to place it through the app? Idk. I spent 20 mins eating these over breaded, syrupy wings and no one really walked by to flag down to ask for another beverage.They provided us with takeout type silverware that had 1 napkin but provided no other paper towels or plates for our appetizer that we were sharing. I asked for water when they came to tell us we could pay our bill on our phone and I was given water in a takeout glass.Either this is the future of corporate chain dining or they were trying to conserve serve ware to have less to wash at the end of the night. Not super impressed, either way.

Went here tonight for dinner mostly because of getting a 20% off coupon. I myself have never been to any Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurants and after tonight, I probably never will again. For starters I find it unprofessional for businesses to tell people to scan a QR code to see a menu and pay for their food. Why are you there then? The food was horrible! I ordered a kids burger meal for my 6 year old and that was the last thing to the table. When the waitress was flagged down, she went to get it and said it was just sitting on the counter. We ordered the house sampler for an appetizer. They clearly use canned chicken on the nachos. Everything was soggy and falling apart. I ordered 2 loaded bird dawgs. They barely had what I’d call a chicken tender in them. There was more hotdog bun than chicken. The sauce was disgusting. One of the people with me ordered a burger with only tomato and mayo, they brought it out plain. Not to mention we all ordered sodas and were charged for 20oz Mountain Dew drinks of some kind that were $7 a piece. We had Pepsi, Coke, tea and chocolate milk… not sure where that came from. When it was brought to a managers attention nothing was of concern because everything was done through an app so nothing they could do. And when we brought up our child’s food, we were told, well you got the food right? We spent $75 on trash. Food, service, all of it. And it was a Sunday afternoon. Not busy at all now that football is over.

Watch when you order honey BBQ wings with sauce. The sauce for me was very, very hot/spicy, literally burned my mouth/lip I got no compensation for it. Had to drink alot of water and dip my wings in alot of ranch.

I love coming here. I'm not a sport fan, but its nice to have a bar & grill environment. I usually get a chicken club or the kids burger meal since it's more bang for your buck. I always get 1 drink when I come and it's usually the blue Hawaiian. I recommend a Boothe if you can but its a fun,Relaxed vibe and not very pricey. We even got a couple extra wings as a bonus!

Not a fan of the order n pay with phone. Waitress was awesome but they tried to push the pay & order. It asked me for name phone # ect. I don’t want to give anyone this so they can now sell info. I couldn’t find the bogo special and couldn’t break up the wing order on the phone order. Other people around me were also trying to use the phone to order and they looked lost. People come to a sit down restaurant so they can have the service with an actual person, not a machine.
