Great customer service and work! My builds always start small and by the time my install appointment comes around I’ve purchased way more parts than originally discussed and the guys at Bulletproof accommodated everything I wanted to do and got it all done at a fair price. My 2023 Tundra limited TRD Off-road is now sitting on 37’s with King coil-overs and shocks, along with Mazzulla Off-road UAC’s and rear lower trailing arms. Looks tuff as hell and drives amazing!My first time working with the guys at Bulletproof and it definitely won’t be the last. Next up will be off-road lighting upgrades.Whoever left the only 1 star review should take there Prius elsewhere. This is the real deal off-road shop not the Walmart tire department.

I stopped in looking for some help with tires and rims and some info on having some shocks rebuilt. Once again spent maybe half hr going over all the options and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me with some prices. It's only been two weeks. Not sure how they got so many rave reviews about getting people taken care of. I definitely didn't get that experience!!! Tired of messing with these little shops with great reviews but horrible service.

These guys are amazing. Brought my jeep in for death wobble came out with clear recommendations on repairs, upfront repair cost, good communication and the issue with my jeep resolved.

I can't say enough good things about Bullet Proof Offroad. Great people who are enthusiasts themselves and will help you decide what is right for how you use your rig, not just sell you the cheapest or most expensive items. On top of this is the skilled team in the shop.. axles, skidplates, and engine, they do it all.Thanks Paul and team for all of your help and hard work!

Brought my jeep in for an inspection. Guys at bulletproof are very fair and honest! Never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I will definitely use them in the future!

Bullet proof a great job on my winch bumper on my 2005 Toyota sequoia. I would definitely recommend and come here for any of my Offroad accessory needs again!

Paul and Shane came highly recommended. They have worked on multiple trucks in our fleet. They are the only guys I will let work on my truck. 2019 SD with Carli and Apex front end all purchased and installed at BP. These dudes are serious about high quality components and proper install. I'm that guy that wants it perfect. (Sorry Shane!) They put up with my neurotic passion for how my truck rides/drives and give me peace of mind knowing everything is dialed in. If you are looking for honest perfectionists then look no further than BPOR.

I really wish more places ran their business like Bullet Proof Off-Road. I needed some work done on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and I submitted requests to various off-road shops in the area. Some never responded, others were very vague and seemingly uninterested, another was way over-priced and then there was Bullet Proof. Paul responded to my inquiry quickly with a detailed quote. He answered my questions and offered logical solutions. Pricing was very reasonable and was in line with what other shops quoted. Ultimately, I decided to go with Bullet Proof because of the level of communication and professionalism that Paul provided. I was very satisfied with the work that was done and I intend on taking my Jeep back to Bullet Proof for some more upgrades. If you need quality work done on your vehicle, Paul @ Bullet Proof Off-Road is your guy.
