I have been working with Luis since before his shop and each time I have know him to do his best, always putting customer needs before himself with a level of transparency I have yet to find in worth with countless mechanics in multiple states.
At the very least, if you have an issue, give him a call and allow him to give you some mechanic advice. I've done this on a couple of occasions where he suggested where I can go for service if I don't want to use him.
This is a testament as to how much he is thinking about the customer and not his pocketbook. His work has always been solid, if unsure, he's always willing to walk me through an issue as far as I wanted to know or learn. Cactus Motor Werks is highly recommended in my book.
Mechanic shops can learn a lot from his working principles!

Simply the Best and dependable service work on my vehicle. It is extremely reassuring to have the work done right and the right part as he recommends. Bible-based ethics and impeccable workmanship. Don't get any better than that thank you thank you so very much for taking care of my Jetta TDI Station Wagon best little darn car I've ever had. A not so ordinary car takes a not so ordinary mechanic.

Great experience. I took my vehicle to 2 other shops and they could not find the issue. Brought my vehicle to Luis and he found the issue and had it repaired in 1 day, with a fair price. Honest and he def knows BMW's. Thank you Luis!

I bought a VW Golf GTI with a ton of problems and Cactus Motor Works was a great help the whole way. I use to work at a mechanic shop before but no longer have the time or space to work on my car due to being in school. But I know what to look for and am very particular with mechanics. Luis is very knowledgeable and honest with all his work and helped me with a bunch of engine and suspension problems at very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done.

Automotive repair shop - Luis Ramirez is very capable, a good deal, and a honest fellow. I've now had multiple vehicles repaired here from Mercedes' to Porsche and he does a great job. He just started his shop this past year and he is an incredible value. I highly recommend him.
