Unfortunately my car was rear-ended and I chose Caliber Collision to do repairs. They did an excellent job. I now have new front and back bumpers and fenders and everything in between. I was kept informed as to the status of repairs and I was able to pick it up earlier than originally expected. Upon inspection my car looks brand new. Thanks Caliber!

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! Nancy and Gentry were outstanding. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, keeping me informed every step of the way. The repairs were completed on time, and the level of customer service was exceptional. Both Gentry and Nancy were welcoming, courteous, and made sure to explain everything clearly. I am extremely satisfied with the services, great customer service, with constant updates on the progress of the car, and great handiwork on the car itself. It looks brand new! They even managed to finish the car a day before the estimated time and were overall super quick and efficient.

Great service. Took a bit longer than we wanted, but it was from supply issues, not scheduling issues. Also, shop broke the key fob we left with them. They got a new one for us within a couple days of returning the vehicle. Thanks for the great customer service and addressing issues in a timely manner!

Unfortunately I can be a difficult person to deal with and this company got to see first hand. I apologize. My frustrations were with my insurance and Instead I directed towards them. Nancy and Frank were both more than respectful and helpful when they didn't have to be. My car looks outstanding and I'm thankful for them making it happen.
