Came and got some work done on my car, they were very minimally communicative and very rude. They told us they called the enterprise down the street and asked them to come get my boyfriend and I (they actually never called them at all and even if they had enterprise said they wouldn’t have even been able to do it. We had to walk to the enterprise down the street and luckily we did because who knows how long we would have just been sitting there waiting. When I finally got the car back that was also a whole thing and a half trying to sort that out. They didn’t call me when I asked them to do so when they left my car in the parking lot with my keys still inside. The paint job is absolutely terrible you can very clearly see where they tried to color match and failed, and now my door light is permanently on because they messed with the sensor. I’ve decided to just bite the bullet and take the loss because I don’t want this place touching my car again, even if it’s just to make it right. I would go somewhere else or maybe one of their other stores are more organized. I also had to reach out to them multiple times for updates on what’s going on myself.

Ya’ll, it has been a year for my truck. Earlier this year a car on the highway drove over a huge tire chunk which made it fly up and into the front of the truck and cause significant damage. The communication between USAA and Caliber was seamless and I had my truck back fast and easy! The repairs were great and they facilitated getting my car back and THEN they fixed the rental car because it had gotten hit in the parking lot while I was at work.
So, when I got rear ended the other week, I knew exactly where I wanted to take my truck. Luckily Caliber is also a Progressive shop and it was the same seamless communication with the other driver’s insurance to get the truck into the shop and taken care of!
Brandy is at the front desk and she is great at communicating on the phone and in person. Especially when you’re frazzled and stressed out because your vehicle is damaged! She even went the extra step and figured out my correct phone number after the insurance company gave her the wrong one.
Adam managed my case and was also great at communicating the process and letting me know what was going on with my truck! 10 out of 10 service but I hope to never see them again!

This was my first experience with dealing with auto body repairs due to an accident. When I called to schedule an appointment, I had no idea what I was doing. They were kind enough to explain the entire process to me in a friendly manner. Super helpful! My service advisor was Adam Mesa. He gave me an overview of the repairs. He kept me updated on the different repair phases my car was in. When I picked up my car, he had it up front and ready for me. I am very pleased with the work. My car looks good as new!! My overall experience with this location and all of the team members was fantastic! Great, friendly, customer service.

Highly recommend! They fixed my car ahead of schedule and were very polite. After completion, there was an issue with my paint and they fixed it within a day no questions asked. Amazing customer service.
