Top Notch. From the day one phone call. The communication was top notch. Adam, the Service Manager, extremely easy to talk to and absolutely take your vehicle as his own. When I picked up my Mercedes. I told him about the work the guys did. EXCELLENT JOB.

I rarely write reviews, but this time Jose Leon was so kind and helpful, I decided to write one. To say he did a good job is an understatement, he is really an example for everyone else to follow, he treats customers like humans and goes out of his way to help them. I was so impressed, I have never had someone at a car place be so approachable and helpful.
I had driven across the country, over 2,000 miles and the insurance would not cover a spot on my car that my bike rack rubbed on and I was worried the spot would be there forever. Without any wait or hesitation, right away, he asked what happened and took action. He not only very carefully repainted with precise detail to make the spot look new but also gave me the rest of the paint to take with me to touch it up later. He is an example for all to follow. If I need any services in the future, this is the only place I will go in the area. A+++ for Jose Leon for top-notch customer service!

I was so impressed by this Caliber Collision location. They went above and beyond to help me with my repairs as well as with a long overdue factory recall fuel pump as well. This was honestly one of the top services amd body work I have had done in all my 41 years. I can't tell you how great they were during this entire process. And the fact that they went above and beyond to get a honda recall fixed for me as well was so amazing... with no extra charge or anything. My cars paint job honestly looks better than when I first bought it!

I am absolutely astounded, they completed the repairs well before the quoted completion date, gave me alerts throughout the repair process and were friendly and informative. I hope to never need collision repairs again, but if I do, I'll be coming here!

I was Totally impressed by the service and professionalism of the staff at caliber collision. Adam Mesa was an excellent service advisor and guided me through the entire repair process.
My Lincoln Navigator looks amazing and I am over the moon pleased with the results.

From day one, they kept me in the loop with friendly messages every step of the way! They were extremely professional and made sure I knew everything, no hidden anything! They even finished ahead of schedule! It was a great experience despite the not great experience (the car accident) that made me have to get my car repaired in the first place! Thank you, Caliber!

The team at Caliber is so professional, helpful and kind. They made sure that we were updated at all times on the process and eased any worries we had. They made sure that we were prepared and even made sure we were asking the insurance companies the right questions. The repairs they did look amazing. They even went as far as washing and detailing the outside of our vehicle. Anytime we need a repair done on our vehicles we will always use Caliber Collision from now on.
