Zero stars is not possible, so they get one. I called to order a part, gave them the part number. I have never experienced any parts department less interested in selling a part. It took two of them to find the part i gave them the number of. They said I have to wait until Monday, to find out if they could order it's Friday. Camping World is a large corporate operation with underwhelming employees. This location is the worst I have experienced. The people I spoke with, must get paid by the hour, and don't understand that a successful store feeds their family.

We worked with Jim and David on the purchase of our new camper. Jim showed us a few different options in our price range and helped us narrow down the one that would work best for our needs. He was very knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. David from finance was quick and efficient, and was able to get us the lowest interest rate possible. Would definitely recommend this Camping World location!

My husband and I visited on 12/30, and Nick Libby showed us a trailer we really liked. We went to a few other places, but didn't find anything. On 12/31, we went back, and he showed us a few more. We liked one a lot, but couldn't make up our minds re that one and the one we saw the day before. After talking to him, we chose the one he just showed us. What was great is that he saved us some money by getting the exact same trailer, but one that had been sitting on the lot longer. We would have never known had he not told us, but he cared about us more than his commission. We are very happy with the model we chose, and can't wait to go camping in it. If, in the future, we ever want to trade up, we know where to go and who to see. Thank you, Nick. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

We are extremely happy with the service department here. We have all heard nightmares about Camping World so we were “iffy” about having to take our rig here for a recall repair. We made an appointment with Erich and he was ready when we arrived. While we were there, we asked him to check on additional repairs needed so he made quick work of finding out why our floor needed repair. He submitted a warranty request to Keystone and got everything approved for repair. As expected, they needed to order parts so we left there with our rig and waited to hear back from him. He got back with us 2 weeks later and told us Keystone would cover 75% of the floor repair. They ordered all the parts needed and gave us a date to bring it back saying they would need it for 4 solid days. We were skeptical (to say the least) because the slide had to come out of the bedroom as well as the bed and the dresser so the floor could be repaired. We dropped it off on Monday, December 11th as requested. True to his word, Erich called us Thursday saying it was done. We went back Friday and picked up our rig. The work Calvin (our tech) did was amazing. I hope every time we need something done, it’s as pleasant as this experience has been.

We spent an hour or two here running around looking for the perfect unit for us. Hayden hooked us up. Found us 2 nice ones and we have picked one out. Outstanding knowledge from this young man.

Stop by to look at Fifth Wheels and Hayden jumped in and took us around. Showed us around and didn't press or try to sell something we didn't want. We appreciate being treated right.

We were in the market for a small trailer and decided to come to Camping World in Mesa as we were in the area and they had one we were interested in. This was our first experience with Camping World and we were very impressed.When you walk in the door, you are immediately greeted and treated like a friend. Our sales guy, Elias showed us a few campers and we decided to purchase one. During the purchase, the general manager, Seth, came over and introduced himself to us. There ended up being a mixup on their end, but they decided to honor it in order to "make the customer happy". I cannot say enough about how that gesture made us customers for life, which is why we wanted to share it with others.Elias, Seth, David and all staff we came in contact with over the next few days made this such a wonderful and memorable experience for us and bent over backwards to make sure we were those happy customers. If you are in the Mesa area and are looking for a camper, we HIGHLY recommend checking these guys out. You will not be disappointed. We even walked away with a new friend in the process. Thank you guys for recognizing what true customer service is and making us feel at home.PS. If you decide to go, ask for Elias....he won't let you down ?

Changing my review to reflect upon our final outcome.My husband and I purchased a Coleman Lantern from Camping World in Mesa. It was the worst experience of any major purchase I've had in my life. I suspect this is why they offered us a $10 gift card for a 5 star review when we first negotiated the contract.All the employees we worked with (saleman, finance, and managers) are untrained, do not communicate with each other, and are indifferent to doing their jobs. Also, they want to sell to you and then practically push you out the door once they have your money, horrible customer service.When I called the store manager Seth to discuss the damages done to our brand new 2024 travel trailer discovered upon delivery, he was extremely condescending and RUDE. All any customer wants is someone to listen to their complaints and take action to correct the problems quickly. Executive leadership needs to train Seth on how to be a customer service oriented leader, Seth was the antithesis of that. He was pompous and flat-out rude to both myself and my husband. When I asked for his Supervisors name, he refused and said that he was the highest up I could speak to and to call the corporate headquarters. We are now left with damage to the interior to our new trailer and no one to help. My husband is trying to get ahold of corporate to assist. Bottom line, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO CAMPING WORLD, SPECIFICALLY THE MESA LOCATION FOR ANY REASON OR YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE MY HUSBAND AND I DO!

We had a bad experience with one cashier. I called to inform management of the situation and had immediate returned calls, There was a genuine sense of urgency to handle the issue in a positive way. Other help received while in the store was top-notch. Management cares about the experiences of their customers. One less than stellar experience (although frustrating) does not outweigh the fact that this is a great place to get parts and accessories for my RV

I had several people there who were most helpful to me. Cashier 021721 went above and beyond in helping me find my online order for pickup. I telephoned first and she ran around to locate the order and then helped when I got to the store to get it unboxed so I could get it in my car. This person and the greeter when first entering the store were so nice and professional. Thanks again.

We went in today to just take a peek and get ideas on what we were looking for and Aaron did just that, he gave us so much information and really helped us narrow down a decision, without any pressure to buy. Right from walking inJenna and Carol at the front desk were very friendly and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back when we are ready to buy in a few months.! Very pleasant experience today.

I highly recommend Robert Wood "Woody" to be your salesman! He took the time to sit with me to determine what was really important to me and followed up to be sure it all worked out. Stopped by on his way home the day they delivered my RV to be sure I was all set up and checked to see if there was anything else he could take care of. I have his business cards on my kitchen island to pass out so others can have a great experience.
