At this point the way they handle follow ups makes this dealership sketch! I texted to let them know the car I just bought after driving it 2 x the check engine light is on (3 days after buying the car), need to schedule something, they said we’ll get back and never did 9/20).. Then we went to auto zone and the check engine light code was from a part they stated they had before we bought it and they’d put it on, (9/20)so now you have to question if it was even put on right or at all since the code showed! So now after they “fixed” it for the third time, the check engine light is back on and guess what it’s the same part (10/13) so either they have a incompetent mechanic or they’re not actually installing the part and just are resetting the code!
Second before we purchased the back door didn’t open, they stated they’d order part, (9/24) two weeks went by and nothing, we’ve called/text and never get anything solid from them!
They had my car from Friday (10/7) to all day Saturday and still couldn’t fix the door (ordered wrong part) they said they’d have it Wednesday (10/9) and they’ll mail it to us, yup you guessed it text the idiots and get the run around yet again. No part… We’re waiting yet again for them to get back to us and let us know when they’ll fix the parts THEY said they would!!! It’s not rocket science to up hold your end of the deal or better yet get in contact with people who purchased from you!! Don’t recommended them!
And I’m sure they know it’s illegal to sell a car that won’t pass emissions.
As well as selling cars I’d bet $ don’t get proper inspections, went to get oil changed and was informed I had a severe oil/coolant leak that was there for months on end, that was never disclosed, so had to have it towed to Land Rover for it to be properly inspected etc..
This place needs to be shut down, I have escalated our issues to every platform I can and will be going the lawyer route next.
Also highly unprofessional how they handle customer cars, I don’t know if the ragged blonde hair kid is a mechanic or lot boy but he comes barreling in with my car with the music blaring and sits in the car with the music blaring as the owners watch, who does that?!?

I Found this 06 Nissan 350z convertible listed on Car Guru by them. It looked extremely clean and well taken care of. I had never purchased a vehicle online before and out of state, next door, New Mexico, as a retail buyer before. When I contacted them Isiah reached out to me right away and answered all of the questions I had and told me about the vehicle. He sent me the Carfax right away. I wasn't too thrilled when I had my first conversation with Kevin when I initiated my interest to make the purchase. I felt maybe he questioned my ability to actually make the purchase.... But as an ex independent auto dealer myself and being in the business I totally understood his disposition. He did negotiate a more than fair price and was straight to the point which I did appreciate. He did acknowledge the deal we made initially on the vehicle and made my decision easy. Then I was working with Saif to finalize the deal and arrange transportation... The communication on details/logistics could have been a little better but, Saif always responded back to me and answered all my questions..... When I received the vehicle it was in way better shape than I expected! Very beautiful, seems mechanically sound as described and I am extremely happy with the vehicle and the dealership. Everything they told me about the vehicle and the condition was accurate.... Thru and thru it was an easy experience and their team was straight forward and got it done.....I will be looking to do business with these guys again when I decide to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you team!

These guys are amazing. Soooo much inventory. They have high end cars, and economy friendly options. All of them, though, are fairly priced. I was helped by Kevin, Isiah, and Leif. These guys made sure the car was serviced and hooked up before I left. Their prices are the fairest in the valley, if you ask me. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks again, guys, you rock.

Kevin was very helpful. Found the Toyota Sienna on Carfax, went to the lot, they let me test drive it and check it out thoroughly. When a problem was discovered with the front control arms he sent it over to his mechanic to fix right away and it was ready for pickup the next morning. Didn’t charge me any extra for getting those fixed. I would definitely buy here again if in the area.

The process for me to be able to buy a truck was a tricky one, the guys at Carz R Us were there every step of the way. Any time I called/texted with questions they answered promptly every time. The process took me almost a week to get everything figured out on the financing side of things but they told me the truck was mine and not to worry about getting it sold from under my feet, and they kept their word! It’s hard to find good people now adays and they have plenty of good guys here! All in all it was a great experience I had buying my first truck! I would recommend 100%
