Very Professional customer service with superb selling suggestions that just make sense. This place is not your typical dingy dirty bookstore very clean very brightly lit.

Came in Monday and needed assistance and advice finding products. Nichole was nice enough to make excellent selections on a bunch of products the company had to offer! Very knowledgeable salesperson. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that my cheating husband would be missing out on the new me!

Great store - the selection is bar none; SO much better than Castle Megastores around the Seattle area! I was blown away and spent the better part of 2 hours (and the better part of $600 bucks ?) in there. Third sex shop I've been locally and it put them to shame!
