Always say they send my routine blood work to sonoraquest get there and they don’t have it. I have to call every time to the dr office. When I call the dr before my appointment they say oh you won’t have a problem we sent it. I get there they don’t. Can you all figure this out so I stop wasting my time!?!?I wanted to update as I am so upset about how my appointment for my well women’s exam went. It was humiliating that three people were required to complete a pap, my door was left open while I was in a gown, I sat in the room for 45 minutes until the doctor came in and I was dismissed of any concerns when I received a phone call from someone who didn’t even introduce themselves who provided results of my exam. It really seemed like they were reading from Google search. I’m so upset and frustrated by this nightmare.

True Harmony wellness is getting a 2 star due to waiting 6 months for my refund not including the months I didn’t know about it and they didn’t tell me for over a year. Also was told today that True Harmony did not submit a claim for an appointment on 05/21/2021 until the year 2022 and getting a bill for it in 2023 for labs. Mind you, I was going there for years with no problem paying my co pay and anything to make sure my balance was $0. I’ve called multiple times and no call back, nobody has an update on my refund. I’ve kept calling asking for an update, they have my new address due to moving out of state to send the refund and nothing. The service is good, I just don’t know about billing or whoever hands refunds or submitted info to insurance.

I went for a routine exam with Dr Grobe and had a very positive experience. If you’re looking for routine care, I’m sure she would be a great choice. However, I was referred to Dr. Brass-Jones for a surgical consultation. I am seeking a total hysterectomy to resolve PMDD. Dr. Brass-Jones was dismissive, unsupportive, and frankly insulting and unprofessionally obvious in her disdain for my request. I had waited nearly 90 minutes for her, had filled out an extensive and detailed medical history, and had brought medical records of nearly a decade of treatment with my PCP. She had not read any of it, made no effort to understand why I was making such a serious request, and assumed I was unaware of the implications of sterilization and menopause. What’s worse, is that she actually agreed to perform the procedure, despite her obvious objections and judgment. There’s no way I’d ever let her operate on me after I was treated so disrespectfully.I will never go back to this practice, and strongly discourage anyone else seeking non-traditional treatment from ever going here.

I had high hopes for this place but was very disappointed. It felt very unwelcoming from the beginning. Dr. Grobe is rude and dismissive. I felt like I was a bother to her by just being there. I had to get and ultrasound and was told a time frame that the results would be back. It took double the time and I had to call multiple times to finally get the results. There are much better providers in the area. Trust the negative reviews on here, I wish I would have.

I love Dr. Grobe, she is very nice, knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. I've only been to her office twice and the first issue is the wait time. I get it, I work in in speciality care so I understand being short staffed, physician running behind with patients, coming in to clinic from surgery, etc.So I get delays happen but the #1 thing is being communicative with the patients regarding these things.I waited almost two hours for my appoinment.Totally unacceptable when at the time there was only Dr. Grobe in the office and I was the only patient there on a Saturday. It has been 3 days since I left a voicemail on the medical assistant line and still have not recieved a call back. Yes they have an option to speak to a medical provider on call but that is for emergent purposes and being respectful of providers time I will not use that option unless the issue was emergent which in my case it was not.Providers can be excellent, have great bedside manner and be very knowledge however providers are only as strong as their staff. Medical staff is the backbone & frankly the face of the practice besides the provider themselves. If your medical staff is not doing their part and maintaining the established patients, why would new patients want to be seen there?I hope management resolves these issues as the providers should not be losing patients due to issues that are 100% solvable.

Terrible bedside manner and treatment of patients. I came in for a specific kind of appointment and had to wait 6 weeks to be seen. My first visit at TH was just okay, but I only saw a nurse and not the actual doctor and figured from all the good reviews dr. Brass would be great. Anyway for starters, I had to wait an hour for dr. Brass to get back to the office because she was with another patient elsewhere. When she finally gets back she is just trying to get me out of the office as fast as possible. When I ask her how long the exam will take she has no idea what I’m talking about. She sends in the nurse to tell me the doctor can’t do the exam because the proper appointment wasn’t schedule. I was really annoyed because not only did I wait 6 weeks to see them, I waited an additional hour to talk to the doctor, and they took my copay. I asked them to return my copay since it’s their fault I couldn’t be seen that day, and they told me I have to contact their billing department. I called and emailed their billing person dozens of times and never received a response! I had to go through my insurance to talk to someone about getting my copay back. Super shady practice and would absolutely stay away especially if you’re a woman of color.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of care the midwives had for us, Kate or Katie clearly didn’t care about me or my baby, I tried explaining I was abused by an OB before and she didn’t care, I was sick and couldn’t eat and she didn’t even ask how I was doing for the follow up, she was trying to make us pay a lot because we are out of pocket unknown amounts of money for labs and all kinds of unnecessary early tests just to get us to pay for it which I opted out of everything because she kept saying stuff like “well it’s only like 250” like it’s cheap or something. When I told her I was sick she commented that I should be in the ER if I can’t eat as if the ER is cheap for 1 and 2 she clearly didn’t believe me because I’m plus sized and what plus-sized women can’t eat is the vibe and attitude I got from her. When I truly was bedridden sick because of medical issues I tried explaining but again she didn’t even listen or care. She even tried to coerce me into not having a c section and scoffed at my reasoning as to why I wanted one rather then a vaginal birth, which really made me and my husband uncomfortable.Horrible photos from the ultra sound tech it was like 5 minutes of a painful ultrasound I barley saw the baby which really sucks because it cost me 160 dollars.Very horrible waste of money and time we will not be back, even my husband agreed they seemed more interested in the money they were trying to squeeze out of us then the health of myself or the babyDo not come here if your out of pocket. There was only 1 nurse who was an amazing lady who helped us and explained things we didn’t understand and she is a saint she was an older women.

From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcome. It smells wonderful and there is relaxing music playing. The front desk ladies are super nice. The nurse that took me back was very nice and welcoming.Dr.Grobe is the best gyno I have ever been to. She is very upfront, soft spoken, takes her time with you and answers all your questions.Hands down 5 stars all the way!I am an older menopausal woman who went for a Well Woman exam.Thank you True Harmony for a great experience.

I never write reviews but I am so grateful for the care I received here. After I had my daughter I delt with some postpartum complications that included 2 hospital stays. No matter who I talked to or who was treating me, they all knew exactly what was going on with me and they all treated me with such kindness and care. They checked in on me when I was back home and always addressed any concerns or issues that came up. I know in the future if I have more kids I will only trust them with my care.

The atmosphere was everything I needed. The calming essential oils and music helped me to feel at ease, especially being a new patient for the first time. Dr. Grobe was polite, helpful, and quick! I appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to work with me :)

I had an awful experience here with dr brass. Let me start by saying her student was very kind and professional. Dr Brass on the other hand was not. Briefly introduced herself and started with “here’s the 2 things you need to do to lose weight” I was very emotional at this appointment and she just stared at me while I was crying and then asked if she should leave and come back later after I already waited 45 minutes for her to see me. She made me feel embarrassed and belittled, and I left the office before she had the chance to come back into the room. I drove an hour to see her and was very hopeful as I finally found a naturopath that accepts my insurance. I left in tears and was not impressed, and would not recommend Dr Brass to anyone. She was very unprofessional and demeaning and was talking to me like I was a child. Very disappointed.

It is almost impossible to get in contact with anyone at the office. They rarely answer the phone and sometimes they will call you back if you leave a voicemail. They always forget to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy so it takes days, sometimes weeks to get my medication. I feel unimportant and not listened to here and some of the staff is off-standish and cold. I will definitely not be coming back here for any future care after this pregnancy is over. Just so disappointed, I had such high hopes for this place.

I hate to be writing this review under these circumstances. I'm currently pregnant with my third child. I had my first two children with TH. Yesterday, my appointment was less than ideal. To start, my appointment was at 4:10pm. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the exam room, I was seen for less than 10 minutes. I felt like Dr. Brass lacked bedside manner and was just in a rush to get me out of the office. Additionally, I was not checked for a fetal heartbeat. Which is odd, because they usually have checked for it with my other two kids, when I was confirmed for pregnancy.I had to have some blood work done as well and the phlebotomist had the audacity to ask me if my pregnancy was planned or not!By the time I was ready to check out, the receptionist was rude and it seemed like an inconvenience to schedule my next appointment. This really makes me sad because I used to love the team at TH, that's why I had returned for my third pregnancy. However, I don't believe I'll be back.** I also must add because I feel it's necessary. As a woman of color, I'm uncomfortable with the lack of diversity in the office. Women of color are 3-4 times more likely to die during childbirth. So I'm always intentional on choosing providers that look like me. I mean no offense, but it does disturb me that almost none of the staff is of color. The demographics have drastically changed since my first pregnancy. Overall, I'm no longer content in their care.**

I was so disappointed in my first experience here and hesitated to review because I didn’t really get to try their services, but wanted to share so other people don’t think they’re the only one having a similar experience.I waited 1hr 20min for my appointment and wasn’t called back - and the delay was not even acknowledged. I canceled and left.I really wanted to like this place and the waiting room was lovely and made me so optimistic that I had found a holistic place that would be a higher level of care - oil diffusers, tea, tinctures - but the actual experience was such a bummer.I also saw several pregnant women having to wait a long time in the lobby with full bladders before an ultrasound. Thankful that’s not me because I can’t even do that while not pregnant.Almost adding insult to injury was the incessant “confirm your appointment” reminders (2 texts, 2 emails, and a call AFTER I had already confirmed on the first text), only to wait over an hour to be seen. After reading some of the negative reviews here it sounds like I didn’t miss much by leaving. Wish things could be better.

I absolutely love this place. I moved here in January of 2017, and I was 7 months pregnant. Dr Brass took me in with no hesitation and delivered my son in April. This place has the friendliest, kindest staff. I have personally became friends with all of them & the entire aura of the office is so calm & welcoming. I will be a forever patient.
