I have been trying to contact a live person at the actual storage facility and its impossible. I have left numerous messages and no one has reached out to me. I rented a unit online, had my moving truck filled, when i got there it was after the office closed and i spent an hour on the phone with their support trying to figure out my code to get in, only to find out that they close the gates at 7pm. No one i was speaking to in their customer support knew that. Granted i should have know the hours on my own. So i had to keep my truck overnight and find a different place to rent from. I just want my money back, their policy says 14 days for a refund and I have been actively trying for about 10 days. This place has not shown any regard for customer service at all.

Super helpful. Super easy to get a storage unit online. One quick phone call to verify information and we didn’t even have to go to the office before moving our stuff in. Awesome place to rent units. Super clean. I only wish I didn’t live so far away, but really it’s worth the drive for the price and customer service.

DON'T RENT HERE!!!!! Limited access, unreliable autopay resulting in late fees, they WILL NOT answer the phone. Trying to resolve issues like charging me for their insurance even tho 4 months prior, I had provided proof of insurance. Now, after going back & forth BY ONLY EMAIL, they're threatening to sell my stuff and tacking on a $15 fee for a "written notice". They never once attempted contact outside of email. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They'll also lock you in at night with zero worry. Never happened to me but I've seen people at the gate locked in before.

Got a reservation to see a unit. Nobody was available but they said tomorrow they would be.....when we arrived for the reservation and was told through a phone after we traveled to see the unit. Next day when they said they would be there. Again not there. Rented out a unit online without seeing it instead b/c we needed a unit. We paid, got the code and needed to get a confirmation that everything through and they said to just go online due to short on staffing there. No one could approve the payment. OF COURSE. Took our money but wouldn't approve our code. We want our money back but they "cant" apparently. DONT RENT THERE!

The older woman that works at this location is rude and straight up mean. They changed my entry code, from what it originally was to something else. I tried entering it and it wouldn’t work. So I pushed the intercom button and instead of answering the intercom I was met by an angry old woman with her hands on her hips screaming at me I was doing it wrong. Well no $hit you guys changed my code. I apologized though I really didn’t think I should have. I think they need to find someone who enjoys customer service.

Every time I go to my storage I’m shocked at how absolutely mean the lady is. Also they close at 655 not 7 like advertised. They locked me in at 659 and I had to call police to get out. Also nobody told me the code changes after the 2nd you use the code to start with. She did scream at me that I wasn’t doing it right. Another customer thank goodness was there to help me. If I knew what Id be dealing with here before I moved in I would have anywhere else in the world for storage even if it was more costly or far far away it would have been better than the nightmare I’m stuck with for now. This location is the only one I can speak for. Call center is nice but they don’t handle complaints unfortunately they get sent to the person the complaints are about.

Old woman is nice. Daughter or DIL nicest person ever. Beware they keep dogs in the office. They usually put them away first. THE OLD MAN IS GRUMPY CURSES AT CUSTOMERS AND THREATENS TO EVICT THEM IF ITS 20 mins TILL GATE CLOSE AND YOU ARE STILL THERE.

Total scam. They make you mail them in writing or cancel on their website but there's no option on website that can be easily found to cancel your unit. So they charge you for an extra month . The phones don't work when you try to call there unreachable or just ring. Or you'll get a call center overseas sometimes. I will never rent with this company again. They have one security camera in the front when you pull in and no cameras on the Isles.!. I do not feel comfortable keeping my stuff here. And now I have to drive down and hope someone's in the office so I can hopefully cancel. Not worth the hassle. Find somewhere else with good security and customer service

I would move if the location wasn’t so convenient for me. I travel between several states for work and often can’t get in when I need to. Tired of being locked out during the only times I can actually be there. Like 8pm for instance…not midnight

Did not receive $20 visa gift card as stated on website. Nor do they supply a free truck to help you move in. You have to request 24 hour access if needed to move in from office. You are burnt if you do not request before office is closed. I did receive a free month with my AAA membership. Office girl was very helpful which made up a little for the gift card.
