I like this campus. It is really easy to go around the few buildings and it is nicely located by Mesa airport. My favorite building is the aviation one where you can see carcasses of helicopters, planes....Also, the they have a drone program where you can do inside simulation and outside piloting. I'd like to take this class someday.

Taking a couple of classes online with this particular college and having to register in person at the campus reminded me why I opted to go straight into university (rather than spend 2 years at a community college to begin with). The advisor I dealt with was nice. The guy who ran the math placement tests was nothing short of kind and SUPER helpful. However, there are other areas of this college that fall short. The financial aid/"financial services" people in particular are just awful. I came in one day to get them to sign something so I could have a consortium agreement between this college and the university I actually attend. First day I tried I started with the advisor and the math placement test afterwards. I intended to go to financial aid for a signature afterwards, only to find them closed. Yet the hours on their website state that they're open 8 am to 6 pm. This is NOT true whatsoever. I finally caught someone on another day. They refused to sign the agreement unless I set up a payment plan for the community college, or I could come back later. I mentioned how they're never here even though they have set hours and the lady I spoke to was just miserable. She was extremely rude and said "well we don't always have someone working all day, those are just our general hours". Uh, what? How hard is it to either abide by the hours or update the hours to say you guys are only there for X hours a day rather than wasting everybody's time? The financial services aside, the professors here were not so great at communication. I had a professor not respond to an email for several days. The course was automatically set up for her and everything was automatically graded except for discussion boards and extra credit. Yet it was still hard for her to simply respond to emails in a somewhat timely manner (I had to email her two follow ups before she finally replied), grade the discussion boards (my professor waited until the very end of the course to finally grade our discussion boards), etc. I'm just grateful I'm a proactive student because I can't imagine how much other students may struggle in courses where professors are non-existent. I've also heard other horror stories about financial services/aid here so that's nothing new. I'm just grateful I was only taking a couple of classes and that I won't have to take any classes here again.

They really care about the students. Feels really hometown, hug type of environment. And also very professional when it comes to driving education, and preparation for career after achievement.

I graduated from this school and my daughter just recently graduated. The professors are all wonderful BUT ALL the office staff is the worst Ive ever dealt with! EXTREMELY rude and condescending! The student helpers are even worse! They all have horrible attitudes. They are more rude to my daughter when I'm not with her! She needed help signing up for her honors classes and it was a fiasco every single semester!!!Any time you need any help it takes 3 to 4 trips to get ANYTHING done properly. Usually they say they never got the proper info even if you personally go in and take care of it, they lose whatever it is you ask for. We have been in several times to get her transcripts sent to her University and it's been weeks and they still have not sent them. She is applying for a scholarship at the University and cannot apply until her transcripts with her phenomenal grades arrive! I feel she will probably lose her scholarship because they don't care at all and keep dragging their feet!

So far the enrollment process has been a breeze. The staff have been helpful, although one might need to come down off his high horse just a little bit, the rest of the staff was welcoming with open arms and smiles. The campus is immaculate, resource centers are up to date and I would recommend this college to my family & friends.

This review is based on the fact that I am an employee of the College. I work at the Pecos Campus, but every time I visit the Williams Campus I am impressed by how nice it is. The campus is small, but it is very well maintained. The employees are helpful, kind, and professional. They have some good programs out there, and I have heard that people really like to work there. I am a big supporter of all of our Maricopa Community Colleges. Great way to take classes for less money, and I believe that the instructors are more caring and involved.

Horrible school when it comes to financial aid. Horrible school when it comes to the deans. Some of the faculty are amazing and some are terrible. Dean Guerriero is a terrible administrator who will threaten you with suspension when you voice a complaint. That's a great way to ensure that complaints never get heard. Horrible. Terrible, glad I have this semester to complete and I am done with this garbage school. Then again... it's half way through and I am still waiting for financial aid to give me my book advance. Terrible fraudulent schemes from all aspects of financial aid. This school will rip you off and treat you like garbage. Go elsewhere. The entire administration needs to be replaced... With trained monkeys. You would get better results. This school sucks.
