Worst service ever! Walked in to all 4 tellers chit chatting - no greeting or acknowledgement of our presence. Asked if they were open and very rudely responded “yeah” but no one offered to help. No discretion with how much money was needing to be withdrawn. Yelling the amounts out loud across tellers for the bank to hear. Daisy and the woman next to her were extremely rude in their attitude and their behavior. When I asked why there was no respect in the privacy regarding my transaction - Daisy’s response was “we are discrete ”. I said “no you weren’t. Yelling the amount to where others behind me are starring at me is not being discrete.” She said “next time get a check” with a mocking smirk. I will be closing my account and ending my relationship with this bank. Horrible horrible service.

One of the worst branches i have ever been to. They make me feel like a criminal when i am there, and every time i go for a notary, i get "sorry they arent here today"Don't question what i spend my money on or raise your eyebrows and assume.It's my money and you work for me.

Half the time I pull in to deposit one or both drive-up ATMs are having some sort of issue. I miss the old location on main and dobson.

This place was horrible. I went in to close my deceased brothers account but the man at the counter said no one was available to help me. He took my name and phone number and said someone would be in touch with you no later than Tuesday. Tuesday came and went still no help. This means I will have to take another day off to find another branch who will help me. He didn’t even want copies of the death certificate or Administrative of the Estate paperwork to file.
