One of the worst branches i have ever been to. They make me feel like a criminal when i am there, and every time i go for a notary, i get "sorry they arent here today"Don't question what i spend my money on or raise your eyebrows and assume.It's my money and you work for me.

This place was horrible. I went in to close my deceased brothers account but the man at the counter said no one was available to help me. He took my name and phone number and said someone would be in touch with you no later than Tuesday. Tuesday came and went still no help. This means I will have to take another day off to find another branch who will help me. He didn’t even want copies of the death certificate or Administrative of the Estate paperwork to file.

Wow!This has got to be the WORST handicap-ready bank EVER!!NO handicap accommodations whatsoever – NONE.Walk in and there is NO seating for the handicap, near where waiting for a teller.And the tellers, sheesh!With only 1 person per teller ahead of the handicap person, they were sooo slow that the noticeably wobbly handicap person finally could stand no longer and took a seat ON THE FLOOR!!Only then was an office chair offered …and THIS was disgruntledly given.NOT the bank to visit, especially if you’re among the handicapped.

An in door out door ATM that you can't use they don't even have a debit pin taker so you can go in after hours been waiting 30 mins to use the ATMs that are drive up because one machine is down and a unmarked van is doing maintenance506abda

Do not open a new account with Chase. When you put money into the account you will have to go down to the branch personally and wait in line to get the cash. Literally, 1975 all over again. They will give you trouble if you want to use Zelle, link another account or use PayPal. And if you think you're gonna get a hold of somebody with customer service, you gotta do it between 8-5 because they are not open any other time. When they say BANKERS HOURS are absolutely referring to Chase Bank.

I don't even know why I even try to come to this location anymore. Their drive through ATM often is missing some sort of service when I visit. I then try to go into the actual building to use the ATM inside and the door is locked. I've never actually had a bad experience with Chase themselves but I'm giving this location 2 stars bc it is that bad how disappointing it is every time.

Today I go I in for a notary and bank statement but the notary is not available and as I'm waiting for bank statement the worker that was helping me went on lunch leaving my bank statement up front for the world to see leaving me waiting for 30 minutes as she goes on lunch.super annoying and unprofessional just wanna close my account

Ms. Shirley BEST EVER BANKER. After 5 calls with chase and still no resolution I was a hot-headed customer and went in to the center to set up and fund my small business account. I was there to give chase a last chance to get this done. She was the best. Calm, knowledgeable and patient in getting everything set up properly, even so I could access accounts from the same log in profile. Thank you.

Went into the branch today to get my card unlocked was told I would have to wait for someone to come back from lunch to help me. Then I was told they had to help the other customers in the branch before me because they couldn’t leave the teller alone. There was no one in the bank but. One person so I asked for the mgr and she said they couldn’t help me they needed to help other customers first and to wait for someone to come back from lunch but they didn’t know when he would be back. I thought I was a customer also. It being told to wait for them to help others that weren’t there was pretty ridiculous. Thinking about closing my acct and this branch will be the reason why the customer service that wasn’t there and the general lack of care by the mgr was astonishing absolutely awful.

I've had a card with Chase for a decade, and while the people here are very nice, the place appears extremely uncoordinated. Nobody knew what to do on the computer system, and I had to ask several times to complete something as simple as scanning in a document. After asking one of the managers for help, the front desk lady still gave me terrible advice, including using the wrong terminology, wrong day, and wrong time to see a "branch manager."I would have wasted a day or two more driving to different Chase's had I not come back in to ask another question.As I said the people were very nice, but WOW is it run by a big group of buffoons. Definitely going to a different one next time
