Terrible service, they should at least have a customer service course why aren't they dealing with people from their home, clients, they deal with CUSTOMERS, and if they don't have the desire or it simply doesn't come out of their c***** *s take care of one then don't go to work, ps: look for new bankers

What's up with the chase bank is Mesa AZ. Here another the worst service. The lady was rude telling me she is going charge me fees for an account that does have fee service... ugh..awful.. NO STARS FOR THE second chase bank. I'm not use to this kind of service from Chase.. horrible...

This is THE WORST CHASE BANK EVER! I have lived closed to this bank for a year. And every single effing day their ATMs cannot give cash. That’s the primary function. While the tellers are great inside👍🏾.😡😡😡🤬 it is an issue they don’t care to fix EVER. Never have I had an experience like this at chase. There is a solution…. Clearly other banks don’t have this issue

It is a terrible service, they do not have staff to serve two people, it takes up to 20 minutes to 30 minutes, I do not recommend it, it is less likely to look for other branches around

WORST Chase bank I have ever been to. The drive through teller, Danira, was the worst chase employee I have ever encountered. She was so rude would not even let me finish my sentence. Didn’t even say hello, nothing. Not even a thank you or anything after sending us back our cards. Branch was not busy there was no cars in the lot. I’ve worked for banks for the past 10 years and have never been so disappointed. They really need to focus on their customer service or find a job where they don’t need to be the face of a company.

2nd Chase today with all the ATMs out of order. You really are the worst bank ever. Can't get cash deposited to send my daughter money. Horrible bank.

Rude customer service agent in drive through, agent randomly lost my debit card. atms rarely work or do not accept cash deposits or withdrawals.

I am impressed with the attention of the employee (Aiyana). It has been one of the best experiences in the CHASE BANK branches that I have visited in recent years. I consider myself a very demanding customer, but I must admit that the counter employee exceeded my expectations. Thank you, she was a places to visit CHASE BANK on this occasion that is why I appreciate it with 5????? (excellent customer service, very professional, excellent attitude) thank you ??????????

The people were super friendly and helpful. I didn't find spaces to open an account but they helped me make an appointment at different locations. They treated me very well ?

This bank has 3 ATM machines 1 drive up 2 walk up and only 1 of them seem to work at a time. I am constantly having to stand in a line of people waiting to use the one halfway working machine if there is one. This is constantly and there are no other Chase branches close by in this area. I have to use your stupid machines so I don’t get charged fees and they never freaking work. It’s beyond annoying.
