I have a savings, checking, mortgage, 2 credit cards and a business line of credit with Chase. I walked in to talk about a business checking account with Clayton Koerner. I, admittedly scheduled the meeting online for another day. I have bartended and work at convenience stores in the past and Clayton did a great job of making me seem like an unwanted nuisance as I used to do with problem people. Zero interest in my business, zero interest in scheduling a different date and time. Acted as if he knew all other bankers in the area would be "too busy" to see me. Even though as hes droning on i scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning (the next day) and canceled ours. As he was attempting to tell me how little he knew I rescheduled at a different branch and canceled ours and didn't seem to pick up on that, I had to inform him of that. I'm never using that branch again, in spite of it's convenience, and if tomorrow's appointment is close to as bad, I'm not longer using Chase.

This location was unable to assist me with setting up my business account. They seem short staffed here.

I received excellent service today. I needed an account document and was able to get exactly what I needed. In and out during my lunch break, no hassle. Thank you!

My clerk was excellent. Got money transfer, certified check, new checking account checks, address change and deposit to buy my mobile home.
Thank you Chase. The man deserves a raise.

This branch sucks. Their atm’s never work, their employees are rude, I have no idea how this branch is even still open.

Went in to open a joint account as I was recently married, asked to use the restroom, and was told that they had no restrooms. Unprofessional and rude to not have a restroom for a pregnant woman or handicap to use. Big turn off from the establishment as well. Left immediately.

They literally never answer the phone. I’ve been in there SO many times, at all times of the week and day- they are NEVER too busy to answer the phone. They just sit behind the counter and do nothing. I even spoke w a manager about it, months ago. No improvement. How disappointing, we shouldn’t have to drive there to have a few questions answered. The Chase app bot does a better job than this branch.

This is the WORST Chase Bank in all of Arizona. Even when you're the only customer at the branch, they will burn 30 mins of your day. It feels like every employee is on Xanax.

Shredded my card immediately after it was turned in so they wouldn't be held liable if it was used. I've had multiple poor customer service interactions with them since moving nearby, but this one in particular rubbed me the wrong way.

I have been a business customer for many years over 20. Every time i went in i was cheerfully welcomed, by name even. I went in one day and the entire staff was new. The manager was a man with fluffy hair and a very wrinkled shirt that looked like he slept in it. I made a very large deposit but then I needed to get a cashiers check but no one knew me so they would not let me even with my id. I went to country club and southern where i have never banked and did my banking. Very nice staff at that location.

What's the point of a bank if you're not going to be open in the middle of a Tuesday. I came to deposit cash, but only have my credit card on me so I can't do the ATM. There's a sign on the door saying they're currently closed but there's people inside. How typical for chase to not want to do their job. I'm so done with this bank. Do NOT do business with Chase! Ever.

I somehow misplaced my wallet. Went into this branch to get help. Been coming here for over twenty years. The young lady was civil but not very friendly. No smile. She actually asked me for my ID. Seemed surprised when I told her it was it my wallet, wherever my wallet is at the moment. She gave me a number on a sticky note to call. She had to go look it up. Fine. Whatever. So I left and started fooling around on my cellphone. On the Chase app. Fortunately, no one had yet taken any of my money. I discovered that - wait for it - you can lock your cards! Takes two seconds. Locked my credit card and debit card. Woo-hoo! She didn't know that. While she was doing her thing with the sticky note, a portly fellow came over. Rather ill-groomed. I mentioned that I thought all Chase employees were bankers. He had no idea what I was talking about. Attitude matched his appearance. So I guess they're hiring them off the street now. They'll get replaced by AI bots in a couple years. I did walk away with $100 though, so that deserves an extra star right there.

The only drive through ATM has been broken for months, with no sign of a fix. Unacceptable.
