So disappointed with the lack of customer service at this branch. Don’t believe when the bank tellers say that they won’t lack the door at 5pm. I open the outside door the lady saw me about to reach for the inside door and she gave me a look and proceeded to lack the door. The clock just turned to 5pm. She literally closed it on my face.

This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. Seriously, the staff is insanely slow, rude and unbelievably incompetent. Transactions take 10x longer than they should. I avoid this branch at all costs. Don't go here if you want to have a great day......

Only reason I am leaving 2 stars and not 1 is because Matthew at the front was beyond amazing and willing to help me all the way to the end. When someone is inquiring about becoming a “private client”, which is being hyped as your best customer, maybe have the banker step aside for 2 minutes and have a convo. The private banker just sent Matthew back and forth like a puppy dog and said he had a meeting in 5 minutes. Well, sending Matthew back and forth took longer and was kind of a slap in the face. Obviously my business isn’t/wasnt important enough. You need reps like Matthew handling private clients, promote him

I feel absolutely awful that I did not get their names but two (I assume managers) and the bank teller helped me secure a wire transfer that was giving me so many issues. The wire transfer was for a house that was closing in less than an hour. I can’t even explain how much they went above and beyond for me. They may have even been more stressed than I was (haha). I really appreciate them so much!

My husband and I went into this location today to update my name (we're finally changing my last name after almost 2 years of being married). Janet from the Val Vista branch was so helpful, and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Major props to her for listening to all of our questions. She even congratulated us on our wedding.

My wife needed some crisp bills for gift giving. The teller told us that the machine dispenses the bills, and "You get what you get". I asked if she had any crisp bills in her drawer, "Nope, the bills that don't work in the machine get put into the drawer, they are even worse". So the message is "Too bad grandkids!! NO crisp bills for you!!" So, nothing in the vault? I remember when banks used to help you....not anymore. My wife went to Wells Fargo and got the crisp bills she wanted.
