I banked at this location for decades. I had all my accounts here. I moved all of my accounts from here about 18 months ago. Why? Well first of all their savings account and checking account interest rates are insulting. The straw that broke the camels back was their change in policy of not being able to deposit money in an account that isn't in your name. No depositing cash in kids accounts. No friends reimbursing you by depositing money in your account. Well today they topped themselves. I went in to cash some savings bonds that had stopped earning interest. I still had a Chase credit card so I didn't think it would be a problem. Wrong! They basically told me to take a hike since I didn't have a checking account with them any longer. To add insult to injury they said go to treasury.gov to cash them. Well I simply went down the street to a nearby credit union where I never had an account. They were able to cash my savings bonds with minimal effort. Not only will I never have another Chase account but I'm writing this to advise all who read this to avoid Chase!

Just recently, I've had over 2 dozen spam calls in the span of 3 weeks from companies trying to help me pay my debt down to under 10%. Chase is the only banking institution I do business with.. Checking, Savings, Chase Freedom, Chase Southwest, Car and Mortgage. I don't use anyone else. These Spam calls are from this bank selling my information. Unless there's a reasonable explanation.. I look forward to a response from this institution.

There have been some frustrations with front end employee turn over at Chase. It seems I am always meeting a new teller.However, Andrew was very helpful, patient and detailed in his communication regarding my account. I appreciate his follow up and persistence.

The drive thru ATM is terrible!! The worst. The road is slanted away from ATM so most people have to get put of their cars which defeats the whole purpose of a Drive thru ATM. There is no cover or awning over it so the sun glares on it so bad you can't see the screen. No shield if it's raining. Chase does nothing to improve this. Terrible!!!

I'm mainly giving the five stars to Michelle at this branch. She was so sweet about helping after seeing the desperation in our faces after having been to three other chase locations. We explained the situation to her and she was able help us in a gif. The teller in the front was also doing her hardest to help with the second portion of the urgent need we are dealing with, although time wasn't on our side today they were so helpful.
