There have been some frustrations with front end employee turn over at Chase. It seems I am always meeting a new teller.However, Andrew was very helpful, patient and detailed in his communication regarding my account. I appreciate his follow up and persistence.

The drive thru ATM is terrible!! The worst. The road is slanted away from ATM so most people have to get put of their cars which defeats the whole purpose of a Drive thru ATM. There is no cover or awning over it so the sun glares on it so bad you can't see the screen. No shield if it's raining. Chase does nothing to improve this. Terrible!!!

A mishap with a charge on my Chase account the lady at the counter ,Sarai licon, was very professional and walk me through the matter. And help me to the best of her ability can I recommend her enough very friendly

I'm mainly giving the five stars to Michelle at this branch. She was so sweet about helping after seeing the desperation in our faces after having been to three other chase locations. We explained the situation to her and she was able help us in a gif. The teller in the front was also doing her hardest to help with the second portion of the urgent need we are dealing with, although time wasn't on our side today they were so helpful.

Staff are always welcoming and nice . Would be great if banks would give receipt at the ATM again . Shouldnt have to go in to get one

Chase is a good bank, but the branches I go to seem consistently understaffed and it shows in the demeanor of the employees.

this is the worst chase bank in the world!before my father recently passed away. i needed to get a medallion signature guarantee on a document to withdraw money from his investment company to pay his bills. i have 2 bank accounts in my father's name in which i have signature rights and a visa card in my name.i was told that this branch cant do this and i would have to go to another branch.i then needed to get a document notorized. i went to this branch again and the manager was "busy" and couldn't do it - "go to another branch". i went there the next morning at 9am when the branch opened and i was told the manager was "busy" - "go to another branch".i did it and got my paper notorized.all they seem to be able to do is teller services and they chase everyone (pun intended) else away. notorizing documents is the simplest easiest thing to do.i was not permitted to speak to the manager myself as well.

ATMs never work at ANY of the MESA Locations. I'm switching banks because I can never deposit or with draw from my account when I need to.

I don’t mind Chase Bank but this one is horrible. It’s understaffed and the geriatrics come in to have their statements printed. And it takes forever ?

Just recently switched my business over to Chase. Our appointment was quick and easy. Our banker was very knowledgeable and very friendly!
