Chase is using an offshore India phone bank. So they are using out of country bring to payess to employees. Then they choose India , the country of scams. Their culture sees scamming and theft as being shrewd.Chase collected funds, printer shows funds transferred x2 days ago, has their ck back and a copy. Chase wants to hold for 9 days.Time to make a better choice.

When in and ask for $100 in 20s, and $100 in 10’s. Was told because I don’t have an account with them they’re only gonna change out one of the hundred dollar bills what kind of dumb regulation is this cash is not king obviously!!!!!!!

I went into this branch in November of 2022 to cash a savings bond that had matured. The teller signed the back and then decided that she couldn't cash it because my account hadn't been open for long enough. She made a note, and the manager Paul included his card so that I could get it cashed in March when my account would be "old enough." I took my savings bond in today to have it cashed and after explaining my predicament was told that they couldn't cash it because it was signed and damaged. The bond was in the exact same condition that I had taken it in the first time, so it seems weird that they couldn't do it now but they could do it then. They told me I needed to get it reissued before I could do anything and would not help me any further with that transaction.In the same visit, I tried changing my name because I had gotten married. I took my Driver's License with my new name on it, my new Social Security Card, and my marriage certificate. They said that they couldn't change my name without an OLD form of ID. This does not make sense because both the SSA and DMV say to destroy and throw away old forms of ID once you receive the new one. This branch clearly thinks they're above the law.I do not recommend going here for anything. It's just a headache. No one can be bothered to actually help when they made the mistakes.

They couldn't squeeze me in today to open an account, but Abraham was amazing and went out of their way to troubleshoot my issue and see if there was availability at another branch. Appreciated the kindness!

Store Manager was rude , mean , and quite the smart elic! He was none cooperative because he just wanted to be ! What you would call a control freak . Very bad attributes for a person in that position . Store was like a ghost town but refused to want to help . Rec we go to another store . The young lady said she would help , but Manager refused to let her . Thanks for being so much help , from your unhappy customer !

We tried to pay off a home loan, we had to call customer service from the bank to get the balance? No customers in the bank at the time? Only one window open and plenty of officers around but still we had to make the call? The guy at the widow was pleasant but 20 min. to write a check to them. We're done.

Worst branch! Dont even try to call! They will never answer! Also the drive thru are usuay rude except one older gal is "usually" in a good mood there but rare to get her anymore! Also the ATM never works, especially for deposits like ever and weeks in between!

Very Disappointed with Chase Bank. Went in Right after they opened. Wanted to open a new Account. Was told they were too busy, but could make me an appointment for next week. I have been a Chase Customer for many years with 2 other accounts and a Credit Card. Thank You Charles Schwab for welcoming my Money. Good Bye Chase. I will be cancelling all my accounts.

I had some ach chgs on my acct to the tune of $3,000, needless to say I was very upset. I went to the bank, I was greeted by Paul Swarovski, the Vice President and Branch Manager. He listened to my problem, took me to his office and told me not to worry, he would fix my problem and he ABSOLUTELY FIXED MY PROBLEM AND THEN SOME. He was amazing, a man of his word. I am so grateful to this man and Chase Bank. I've had an account for years and will continue using Chase Bank for all my financial needs.

I went to this branch and actually, the teller was “nice” but not helpful. I went to another branch and got EXCELLENT service.
