I would never recommend Chase to anyone looking for a bank. I have been to several branches and they are all the same - you are annoyance interrupting their business routine. Someone "guarding" the door and asking what you want when you come in, one teller open for service, and several other people doing other things. My sister has dementia and I needed to be added to her accounts so that I can manage her finances now. It took a trip requesting this, an appointment that took an hour of submitting the legal Power of Attorney paperwork, a two day wait for the legal department to approve it, and another hour appointment to change addresses, etc. The credit card information was not changed at this time, so it was another trip to the bank to straighten it out. The woman at the first branch was sorry, she could not help me, she had an appointment coming in in half an hour. Call Customer Service. I had already done that before coming in, and it was a 50 minute wait. So, I went to another branch. They were polite and professional, but completely unhelpful. The manager had to call the customer service number [!?!] and then informed me that the legal POA I provided to be put on the other accounts was not sufficient for the credit card. I would need to return to the lawyer and pay another hourly fee to draw up another POA that includes the account number. I completely understand their need to safeguard their clients, but I feel like this has progressed to taking advantage of them themselves. If they can stall and delay and put up roadblocks, they benefit financially from overdraft fees and late charges from people who can longer manage their accounts on their own. I have attempted to contact Chase Corporate with no success. They have a lot of phone numbers that I'm not going to waste my time on, and no email. There is a link to complain on Twitter, of all things, but I do not do Twitter. It's clear they do not care at all about real customer service (actually helping a customer, in other words) or providing any service except taking your money off your hands. And they don't care if you close your account, as I will be doing.

Today is July 3, 2020 4:30 PM The drive-through is closed. It is supposed to be open till 6 PM, there is NO notification on the front door informing customers that they would be closing earlier! This is so frustrating this is the second time I deal with this!!!!!

Went get specific information needed for my retirement account(per their request) and when I told the lady what I was looking for she get very testy and short with me, kind of even angry and kept very rudely saying "I've never heard of that before" and dismissing me even though I tried to explain to her I am not a financial person and can only go off of what I am being told. It's not always what was said, it is how things are said. I would not recommended coming to this branch unless you want to be treated like you are an idiot.

Even as a customer trying to wait for a teller them women wouldn't allow me to use the bathroom saying it's not for public use making me feel like a homeless. Very disappointed

Good bank and people! They've dealt with me now for 5 or 6 years I believe, and I always feel positive when I leave there knowing my money is in a good spot!

I love this branch. I will go out of my way just to go to this location. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

This branch let a criminal (that stole my wallet which had my debit cards, credit cards, and driver's license) walk in and drain my bank account after I alerted the bank that my wallet was stolen. Their "security" procedures are only to inconvenience you and not to protect your assets.

This has to be my favorite branch! I've lived in several states and been to many branches and everyone has always been helpful and professional but this one is awesome!! The ladies are so incredibly sweet and genuinely care about YOU! Always smiles! The branch is well laid out and very clean! I also like the fact they have 2 drive up ATMs :).

I always enjoy going to this location. They are fast and dont hassle you. Plus it actually still has a teller there, not just machines.

This Chase bank has the absolute best staff members. Everyone in there is always happy to see you and makes you feel very welcomed. Anytime I feel like I have an issue they are right there trying to find the best absolute outcome or fix any issues that may have occurred. I have never left this bank unhappy. Please keep up the amazing work.

We moved into the area last year, and so pleased with the great customer service at this location. Wanda has been so helpful in a few of my banking issues and was so quick to assist me in resolving my concerns. I love this branch and the great people who work there.

I am a Chase Bank customer for over 29 years. I have banked out of many locations but this location is the the BEST. The Bank Manager, Wanda Flanagan is new to this bank and she sure does have a personality. As banks get more automated the personal service is very hard to find, this bank has it! I have been with this location over 15 years and this is the best manager this bank has ever had.If you want great service and honest answers to any questions you may have please use this bank. Never had service like this before! Thanks Wanda.
