I have banked at Chase for years, even when it was Bank One and this is my first review of Chase. I seldom go inside the bank, but I was so impressed with the teller who did my deposit today. Her name is Rosa. She was courteous, friendly and efficient. It was truly a 5 star experience.

Super helpful. I had to make a large withdrawal from a non chase bank and they helped me out big time. The bank manager walked me through. Thank you so much.

What an awful experience in the branch on McKellips Rd (near Higley). All I wanted to do was deposit some checks, and withdraw about 1/3 of it. "Our policy has changed, you can't do that with a deposit slip only. It has to be done in two transactions" - smug Michelle the cashier said. So, change the slips. Then after depositing the money, she wouldn't/"couldn't" give me a receipt for that until I withdrew the money. What??? So I asked if I just deposited, and then stood in line to withdraw, could I get a receipt. "Well, you can't do that." What???? I can't get my own money out in a separate transaction. 12 minutes later, with all the ID's and slips filled out, a manager (who was helpful as usual) finally oversaw the transactions, and I was able to do both. Are you kidding me!!! I can't get my own money out! I am so ready to close out accounts in Chase because of this. At least, I will go out of my way (because there aren't many branches anymore), to try another branch. Unbelievably inconvenient to the CUSTOMER!

Conveniently located and easy to get in and out of. Very clean, with friendly tellers and account reps. Chase is it for me!

ATM's are always out of commission. Can't get money, can't make deposits, can't print. Ironically they have a big sign next to the ATM that says 24/7 convenience. If you go inside they are not the friendliest. But I don't have bankers hours available, I rely on the ATM to do my manual business. About time to switch banks since I always have to drive to another ATM in another part of town. Banks want to have less staff and more online, but can't keep their machines running.

Derek and Gavin (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name but he has a cool video game collection and a nice watch) we’re so helpful when I had questions about my bond. I’ve never been given a bond before and they took their time to explain to me what it is and the effects of interest. They have given me the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a bank! Thank you so much Derek and Video Game Guy haha :))

not pleased with the service of the Bank,tried for several days to speak with a person, but only received a recording, "all tellers are busy, please call again", also attempted in person to drive to the bank in order to open a new account, but was told by a teller, " the responsible person to open an account in not here right now, please come back later"

Great customer service Ive been with them for years , but why does it take for a renewal credit card to come in the mail forever?? My ID came faster and first before that I shouldn't have to wait long to receive a new one.

It is hard to give this bank even one star. I have had deposits I have made at this location placed in other peoples accounts and I have had to go in and get this corrected. I am still waiting for $4,500 to be returned to my account. $2,700 was misplaced as well as $15,000. It has been very frustrating dealing with this Chase Bank.
