I was looking for something new near me and was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the street tacos here. The service was amazing and the food was fresh. Honestly some of the best street tacos I've had. Must try the carnitas and carne asada street tacos.

They are closed on Sundays. And they hours listed on both Google and yelp do not reflect that.Update. Tried to go back again on Tuesday May 17th and it’s closed early that day.

I waited at their drive thru for about 5 minutes. No one took my order. Instead went to the circle k next to them and got myself a sandwich.

It's a story as old as time. Gas station restaurants. Either they are incredible hidden gems or basic fare to only be grabbed in times of convenience. This place is not the former. I read the reviews and thought this place was going to be fantastic but from the start I could tell that was not going to be the case. During the cooking of my burrito I watched multiple maskless people molest my tortilla with bare hands. One of which finished eating something and then went right from bite to touching the tortilla. Following this I watched another one struggle to roll the burrito while using bare hands and fingers to ensure the ingredients didn't spill out. I'm sure not every restaurant uses gloves and masks in their kitchens but the ones that give you a front row seat typically do to at least maintain the illusion of cleanliness. When I collected my food I asked for salsa to which they said it was in the bag. I look and two thimbles full of sauce were in the bag. I asked for more and a 3rd person, who thankfully also didn't lay hands all over my burrito, couldn't have looked more annoyed. When I got home and reluctantly started eating I was met with mediocre all around. Burrito was ok, not great. The salsa was lacking flavor and slightly off-putting. In Arizona we have no shortage of amazing Mexican food vendors. Do yourself a favor and choose one of those instead.

New gas station in the area with a small taco grill inside.I wanted to like this place, but I was quickly turned off by the handling of my purchased street tacos from this vendor. No one wore mask, nor gloves and I watched time and time again as the cook touched his face and nose while making the tacos with his bare hands. Now this is a young guy with acne, so you can imagine how my desire to like this place changed.Bummer... One star for a highly anticipated new taco spot
