Came in here as a customer I grabbed an iced coffee and told the guy about the iced coffee tipping over on me. That it was clearly an accident. As I was about to leave to get an iced coffee somewhere else he said I had to pay for that. I said OK well can I get an iced coffee then. (Like why would I pay for something I can’t get) he ended up saying that I still had to pay for that after I OKAYED HIM LIKE. I UNDERSTAND THATS WHY IDIDNT LEAVE THE STORE. so as I’m preparing another iced coffee he comes over to me to mention the same thing. I told him I understand I have to pay for it can I still buy another iced coffee. I didn’t even want the money back because I gave him attitude when I left. Yeah I paid for that & so does he cause now he has no help picking it up. When I was helping him.

The pumps and filling area are filthy, they don’t have any water in the stations to clean your windshield.

For being a newer location, it always seems to be so dirty, like it's been around for 20 years. I don't understand why they have such long, flimsy straws for the fountain drinks. And the guy that always seems to be there always seems bored and unfriendly. He never smiles. But it's convenient since it's on my way home from work, so....
