"Got Matches" ? I've been shopping at this Chevron for years and years and have spent Thousands $$$$$$$ of Dollars. I found out I'm not worth as much as a .09¢ pack of Matches. Yesterday after spending over $50 ( in less than 24hrs) I asked cashier for a pack of Matches. She says .25¢ .I thought she was joking. She said since I didn't purchase a pack of cigarettes Matches cost 25¢. But I did just 4 hours before and forgot to ask for matches. I told her. And that my friends this is where pavement turned into dirt or your parents tell you " your illegitimate" and your not worth a lousy stinking .09¢ punk! The smile you submit out of fear that you must have heard wrong quickly fades when reality kicks you in the teeth. Nine lousy Cents

BEWARE, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU IF YOU'RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION. I live right behind this place so I'm a regular here, well not anymore I'd rather go to the circle k across the street and that's saying something. it seems like in the past year they've gotten rid of their long time employees and replaced them with people who are cool with ripping customers off. The last 3 times I've been in here has been a different (new) employee and all three times they have tried to ridiculously overcharge me.

I really liked Chevron the one on the corner of safety and university but recently I purchased two vapes for $30 and I had purchased one before a different brand like eight months ago and it didn’t work so I took it back to them and I told him hey this is not working I just wanted to let you know I didn’t ask for my money back and they certainly didn’t offer. And just recently a couple days ago like I said I had to come back because they both stopped working and they’re supposed to be 9000 puffs and I just got it like on Thursday last week and they broke on Friday so I understand you know cut your losses, but to get two of them and they both not work and then you’re not going to reimburse me not anything I just get a guy that answered the phone and woman she just hung up on me and which was a manager and then the guy he said he really wouldn’t care if he lost 30 bucks. so he doesn’t care that he was 30 bucks then I guess everybody shouldn’t care right but I also think if you’re going to sell product, you should at least be liable for somewhat of it. I understand someone can sit there and sell somebody something and then when it immediately breaks you have a way of returning the item and getting the price back or getting a new item but instead you’d rather make the customer feel like poop about wanting what she paid for. That is truly Customer Service and you all should really get a big fat gold star! For truly being a standup company with standup employees!

The owner is aware that his employee has been selling drugs out of this location and still has not done anything about it. Other customers have spoke to the manager about it. There are many kids that come to these stores and for the owner to be okay with this says a lot about his standards.
