I was able to watch TMNT from the 90s return to the theaters here and was totally surprised by the nostalgia. This might be one of the last few theaters that still look like a theater. It was quite a magical night to see an old film in an old theater. The seating was those large motorized layzboy chairs and they have a baby chair tray attached to them.
The sound was excellent, and the screen looked clean before the film started, no holes or dead spots. The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. Tons of parking out in front of the theater.

You know that part at the beginning of the movie that says to look for the nearest EXIT sign? No need to worry about finding here because you won’t, they are not illuminated so you won’t be able to find a way out. Also what is with half of the ceiling tiles missing. This theater needs to step up its game.

What a nice, clean and well maintained theatre. We spent the day in Phoenix recently for some doctors appointments and was able to get away to watch a movie at this Cinemark location. This theatre was tucked away in a shopping center and we felt like the only people there. The smells of the freshly popped popcorn 🍿 were good. Using the Cinemark APP to purchase our tickets was a breeze. That was our first time coming here and well be back in the future. 😄

Slow evening. Staff was polite and helpful. Facilities were clean. Seating and theater were comfortable. This was a good decision to attend.

Theater was nice and all…but the people behind the counter came up with every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn’t put popcorn in the metal popcorn bucket I had just bought? Seemed kinda strange…but I just got a regular bucket of popcorn and then carried my metal one next to it. Whatever I guess lol

Great if you have the Cinemark membership. Clean large comfy seats. A bit far for me to drive but once in couple of weeks I make it there.

Update: Very warm in the theater.
If you're not a Harkins person (and why wouldn't you be) this is one of the better alternatives.

I always go when it's cheaper before 3-4 pm. The combos are so worth it. Being a club member helps out a lot too!

Nice seats. Decent concessions. My biggest problem are the timings. 30+ minutes after listed time and you will still be watching previews and ads. Do not arrive on time. If you want to walk in and watch a movie, pick one that started 15 minutes ago. Imo movies should be starting at exactly the listed time.

Popcorn is fresh about 80% of the time. Staff is always friendly and theaters are clean and comfortable.
