Walked in asked if there was a washroom and got “oh Jesus” from the older woman. I don’t really expect gas station employees to be respectful but responding in that way when I had been in there less than 2 seconds is unacceptable. Also why is there no public bathroom. It’s a gas station!?

Stopped here for air in my tire and the large wrinkly old lady told me I had to pay for it, which I just looked up Arizona law and yeah, that is illegal.

Totally avoid this location at night or if LINDA is working, completely rude and has no awareness of customer service at all, condescending and seems to not know what circle k deals are. Worst service ever received by a clerk.

This place is a joke. Literally closes when they choose with no explanation. There’s no reason the store should be closed for cleaning when you have Shiftsmart partners that come in during the day. Advertising 24/7 but I am here at 1:46 AM & they’re closed of course.

I am a handicapped individual. I expressed my aggravation with the worker at this Circle K with the fact that there’s always a car with no handicap placard parked in the only handicap spot at this store and this worker let me know that it’s her car and she doesn’t have to display one and will show it if she’s ticketed, but she works there all night and leaves her car there all night blocking the only handicap accessible parking space at the store. It sounds to me like they don’t want any customers there that are handicapped individuals very poor customer service. The entitlement is insane. I watched her walk around fine as I limped back to my car.

I give the 4 stars because I have faith that things will get better eventually. My experience for the most part however if I were to truthfully rate it would be a 2 or even a 1. There is something terribly wrong with the self pay kiosks inside the stores. And the problems exist at all stores. The machines don't seem to be able to take any payment type I may have and I keep having my sale rejected. The last store I went into I tried to pay 4 times without success. I am getting frustrated with the whole experience. If there were other options I would definitely being using them. 😒I think they will get this fixed and we can be happy again.

Kira is rude as all get out
Doesn't want to do her job and and has a bad attitude. She obviously can't handle her position. She flipped out when the change machine got clogged.

Been over charged several times, asked the clerk Linda about it and she said she can't override alcohol or tobacco, I'm pretty sure the price displayed should be what's being charged...department of weights and measures handles this right? I wonder how many other items are advertised as one thing but we're being charged another...
