I've only been to this one twice in like a month. Both times around 8pm. Both times the store is a mess and the cashier is just standing there flirting with the same guy who has obviously been there for hours.

And the manger was yelling at the employees and a customer, when the employe was trying to help other customers finally I had to speak up on getting some help to buy gas for a gas pump that didn't want to take cc
manger needs to learn better customer service skills

I don't understand why their fountain drinks are always out of service. They don't have a icee machine but it could be because it is a smaller store. Staff is hit or miss with customer service. I believe there needs to be better training... When you have the app and your showing them it says you get an item for free, they don't know how to honor it. Nor will they try and figure out.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The soda fountains at this store are always out of function in some way: out of CO2, out of stock sodas, warm soda, the list goes on and on. The store consistently has an unclean odor. The credit card and loyalty systems also go down on a consistent basis. The store manager, Kristen, has poor customer service skills and is usually downright rude. I have also witnessed kind employees treated poorly by her. Avoid this location at all costs!

I go there often and feel it's getting better but I went a couple weeks ago & bought a cell phone cord. Although it was the correct one for my particular phone, it didn't work or charge..I took it right back the next morning & they tell me they can't resend my $15? Why? If I bought a product there and it was spoiled or damaged, you should either refund my money or replace it, right? No ...the employee working fought it and said sorry, no-go. I'm out $15 because their customer service is garbage ?

Smaller location with only 8 pumps, but still in and out quickly. I did not inside, but the exterior didn't look up kept well. Still overall a decent location and competitive prices.

Every other time I come to this location there's always some sort of issues! Network down, soda machines down, gas pumps down... It's ridiculous! Fix your issues!
