Female behind counter 1/7/25 at 930 am was incredibly rude. She was far too busy with her personal business to assist her customer without extreme annoyance. She had a very bitchy attitude Shouldn't be working with public.
Also, after filling my tank with gas, I needed air for my tire. Had to pay $2 for it, then it didn't even work. I wasn't about to ask for help especially after your employee doused me with negative energy.

Can we collectively say. If a company is going to have a policy, it should be enforced unilaterally. Not just because the guy behind the counter is trying to impress the young lady behind the counter.
I go into this store every night. I buy cigarettes $10 - $11 a pack. I buy milk and whatever else I need. Convenience, right.
Well, not here. At 60 years old, it is absurd to be carded for cigarettes.
Who knows who is behind the counter, gleening personal information from my drivers license.
As well as the fact that the guy behind the counter has sold me cigarettes on a number of occasions, yet today, to impress that girl, he decides to do so. Inconveniencing me. Now that minimum of $310.00 is going to your competitor down the street where they can tell a 60 year old from a 21 year old.
Furthermore, whenever this same guy works, there are always people loitering outside the store. He outsude smoking. It is just a bad scene all around.
Every single person should be asked for ID period. It should not be subjective.
I m going somewhere else because of the inconsistency of your management to enforce the policy on every single transaction.

First impression: WHAT IS THAT SMELL!? Stinky. Smelly. Bad. Next, the “Froster” (slushy) machine was off. Dangit! Next, the fountain drink machine was out of Coke . Aargh! I told the clerk about both machines. He stated that the slushy machine has been out “for months” (mind you, the syrup solutions were still visibly full. Could that be the source of the stank?) He thanked me for letting him know as I walked out the doors. At least he was polite. :-/

The employees are rude and disrespectful. Never stocked, soda machine is always down. They even have expired items on the shelf to where the employee knew to all they had to say was you just have to reach in the back. We just don’t have time to pull it off of the shelf.

This store has gone downhill. I stopped going to this store because nothing is ever stocked, soda machine is always down, and is never cleaned. Need to shut it down. I have never seen the kitchen working and would never buy food from there. If i could give it a minus star i would. Do not recommend.

6:30AM Visit and the Long hair blonde (young) Girl snapped at me after I had already paid. The machine was showing the donuts up there on the computer, I TOLD YOU, NOT TO PUT THE DONUTS on the scanner. I told her that I already paid and got my receipt so, I didn't deserve to be yelled at. People were behind me in line and the other cashier watched the whole thing. I will no longer be going back to the store right by my house. Plus, it's too early to treat people like that. She has no customer service skills and shouldn't be in said position. I am a valued customer f Circle K and don't normally leave reviews but this was unacceptable. Totally Rude!!

I need someone who's in charge to contact me cause because the store sucks always dirty nothin stocked I came in one night and seen my drinks where in and rdy to be stocked I asked ur manager if they would have them stocked for me and he said yea came in next morning and nothin done so I said he sucked and now im banned????? Iam well known in the area and cannot believe this so called manager has the right to ban someone for criticism when not in a confrontation or threatening tone im 43 veteran and im flaburgasted I will keep goin higher till I get to the bottom of this even if it is with help from my other manager friends who work for circle k .

Let me be the first to say the blond hair young lady needs a full on customer service check. Post a sign on the door that reads in order to cash in your lottery winnings you will need ID. I told Ms. $12.50 I did not need ID to buy the ticket from the circle k I bought it from. Then her smart butt asked do I work for Circle K? I said my mother did for 20!! That miserable child said well I should know! It took Noah and his ark for me not to reach around and bring her back to reality! If it we’re not for my profession I would have !!! What she doesn’t know is I will be seeing to it she gets the training she needs!! Circle K please pay your employees more so the don’t have a gutter attitude when dealing with the customers who provides their paychecks!

TRAVIS NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. He’s extremely unprofessional and incompetent to do his job, I never in my life have experienced such a rude person.
